Great Service. Very responsive. Special thanks to Miles. Knows the meaning of customer service. Outstanding Service dept. Will continue to use them to service my truck. Always come out of there knowing they did a good job.

Miles was my service rep and he was awesome. He was super kind and friendly and even threw in a free car wash. Would highly recommend requesting him.

The old young men works there he is best in service. He really helped me with throttle body replacement. Really appreciated.

The advisor is polite but unfortunately the Bay Ridge Toyota was providing very bad service. I dropped off my car for a regular maintenance with oil change. It took TWO days to complete this simple work. The reason I got is “ oh sorry, we are back up. ”, then told me to comeback next day. If so, you should not over accept clients or appointments. UNACCEPTABLE!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. I had to badger them for updates on my car, they didn’t tell me how long service would take, and I almost missed a wedding I had planned to drive to. They didn’t care that I had been inconvenienced and had to make last minute travel plans. A service agent promised to discount my total bill and said he’d take care of it. When it was time to pay, the service agent I spoke with was no where to be found and I paid full price. All the service agents I worked with were gimmicky and seemed like they would have no problem lying to my face.

Based on my treatment, I’m convinced that they performed expensive and UNNECESSARY maintenance on my car just to charge me an arm and a leg. Avoid this place if you can.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Mohammed was awesome. He didn’t treat me like a woman who didn’t know what she was talking about but he listened to my concern and found the problem

The manger and the Toyota bay ridge did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and on top the cleaned the car from in and out. Final touch did an wonderful job. Best work and looking forward in the future to come back for anything in the future

Highlander car
2021 Frankly, I changed the car oil after three days, it suddenly turns off and we are in the line, and this is a dangerous thing. There is something suspicious. Are there workers who do something that results in ruin after days?
I went back to the Toyota dealership and found out that there is a damage to the car engine that costs 1800$
How did this happen and why after changing the oil?
Is there a black trade behind this change of engine spare parts and selling them after that, after losing the customer, he is very suspicious, and he became suspicious of this business.

The waiting was horrible. For oil change and car inspection a for 2022 truck took more than 4 hours and I had an appointment. The worker there told me don’t expect to go to work afterward if you are here for oil change. This is the longest wait in my 37 driving years. First oil change with Toyota- not good experience.

5+ hours for just an oil change. Came in at 9am and got done at 2: 20pm. Waited there. 3: 20PM, still waiting to pay for this amazing service. Plan your day accordingly. 5/12/2022

I've been coming to this location since I moved to NY. I feel so appreciative and blessed to know Mr. Muhammad! In the past he took time to sit me down and review all the work my vehicle needs from most important to least important. I have just about coming to the end of my checklist. He made me leave the location feeling confident that I was safe driving my vehicle. Thank you Mr. Muhammad! Toyota of Bayridge is fortunate to have a worker that goes above and beyond to deliver quality service. Thank you for being consistent every time I come there! If you want great service and quality work on your car ask for Mr. Muhammad at Toyota of Bayridge. Won't hurt to try.

From the beginning to end, everyone there was nice, professional and patient. The salesperson showed me all the availability and explained everything in details. The person who handles the insurance was kind and humorous, he made me felt welcomed. And lastly, the financing manager took his time to clearly explain my options and helped me understand the rundown for the next years. I bought the car in comfort without any pressure! Definitely would recommend everyone to go to Bay Ridge Toyota!

I brought my car to Toyota Bay Ridge in order to be repaired. Everybody there was very nice and professional from the beginning to the end. The advisor Esequiel was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They repaired my car pretty fast. Thank you!

Haven't yet been able to get an explanation of why every time I go the repairs they suggest are north of $2,000. Even when I try to have a conversation of what's absolutely necessary I just get the runaround and told that it's all necessary to prevent further issues. I wish they could be truthful but this will be my last time going.

The reason for the visit was multiple recalls on my vehicle. Anthony De La Rosa and Maurice Coaxum we’re extremely helpful with the scheduling of the work the vehicle needed. They were efficient and showed excellent team work overall. Which was something that was on display the whole time I was there starting with George valeting the vehicles as part of the intake process and all throughout with the service reps and lastly with Giovanni at the cashier. I appreciate their attention to details and their top notch customer service. Great work and Great team at Bay Ridge. Thank you all!

The customer service is excellent. I have had service done on my SUV at an upstate dealer a couple of times and the service was so bad I actually thought of not buying Toyotas anymore. However, Bay Ridge Toyota and Mohammed changed my thinking. The service was top notch.
Mohamed gave me knowledgeable information and went above and beyond to offer suggestions to avoid future issues. There is good customer service which is doing what is asked and there is excellent customer service when a provider goes that extra mile. That’s what Bay Ridge Toyota and Mohamed gave us. I can’t recommend these guys enough. 5 stars and a big Thank You!

The worst service I've ever seen. They have only one task, How much money can be taken from people. When you sign papers always read to the end because they always cheat.
My advice would never to buy a car in this place!

I serviced my car with Ivan C.and I’m very satisfied with the whole process itself. I would usually leave the dealer a little confused about everything that was done to my Camry but Ivan broke everything down to me so I would understand my car a little better. I’d highly recommend everyone see Ivan!
