Baymont by Wyndham White Plains - Elmsford

Great hotel. Was there for NYE. The hotel was clean. Friendly service. Clean and large rooms. I slept comfortably. And a 12pm check out was a plus!

Visited over the weekend with the kids. Had a great time and would definitely visit again. Pool hours a little late but still got enough time in there at night

My go to place when in the area. Clean spacious rooms. Decent breakfast buffet. Huge property and very quiet.

Went here for a birthday event. This hotel is kind of hidden away but nice surprise.
Lobby is nice. Rooms are excellent. (Checked out my daughter's room). Very clean hotel, nice decor, friendly staff.

I picked this cause it was just outside the areas I'd be seeing but it's been a huge mistake. The windows abs walls are paper thin so you can hear all the noise outside and it starts early in the morning! So don't plan to sleep in. And anyone going by outside the room may well be in your room cause you can hear everything. So while the service was great and there's ample parking, I don't recommend staying here!

First and foremost I would like to thank Ms. Irene at the front desk. She was extremely polite and very attentive. She made our stay very comfortable. Its important to have people like her on staff. Thank you again.

Staff was rude, we came in early and waited till 3 expecting to be first in line since it was prebooked, was wrong to assume that, we had access to the room by 4. We were there at 1.

I’ve had a pleasure of checking in several times by Irene at front desk. Every transaction is always 5 stars. Always Courteous and kind. Constantly reminding me of what the hotel has to offer each time I visit like it’s my 1st time visiting. Irene is truly a ray of sunshine. I really love the Baymont just a lil bit more because of her. Rooms are always tidy, bathrooms always super clean.she makes sure the coffee is always fresh. Her dedication says a lot. Thank you Irene and the lovely team at Baymont.

An excellent stay for the price. Great interiors, good breakfast with proteins, heated pool, courteous staff, safe location.

Great hotel.no pool except from 2 until 10 which meant no swimming in the morning before check out.

Im trying to figure out why this property is only listed as having 2 stars. There should at least be 3 1/2.

The rooms are great and staff is kind! Our main housekeeper while we stayed was Cheyanne and she was so sweet! The desk staff is always kind too except one person who we just avoided and didn’t deal with. We stayed for almost a week for a church event and there were only minor problems that were easily corrected.

Please thank your front desk associate Irine for her professionalism. Even that Expedia screwed my reservation she went above and beyond and fix all the issues to check me in.
Hopefully the hotel management will consider a different hours for the pool in the morning, not wait until 2 pm to get the access.
