Since we joined in 2019 it has gotten more and more difficult to go here. They first got rid of Saturday hours, then evening hours. When they canceled my 6 month appointment for the following week they offered to reschedule it for 6 months out. Now the last straw on us finding a new dentist is that they have stopped being in-network for our insurance. Very very disappointed with how they’re choosing to run the business.

The front office staff is excellent, always very friendly. I typically am not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Jennifer is very thorough and always pleasant. I would highly recommend coming to Bayview!

Bayview Smiles is an outstanding service provider and a very welcoming place, for all of your dental needs. An extremely professional / supportive staff of doctors and their support team. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this office as a whole. If you are looking for that family practice feel, this is the office for you! The ladies in the front are great! Even with the extra COVID protocol adding to their duties, they were so patient and helped me with my insurance issues. The first time I went I was with my 10-year-old daughter. The hygienist that clean my teeth did such a nice job. As I was getting my teeth cleaned my daughter had to have her tooth pulled. Dr. Kopacz and her dental assistant Paula took such good care of my daughter. Although she was nervous, and without me in the room, I listened to her giggle as they made her to comfortable pull her tooth. She was done before me and walked in the room, all smiles!
The next time I was in the office with my 6-year-old daughter, she had to have two fillings. Again Dr. Kopacz and and her dental assistant Paula had my daughter giggling by buzzing her finger nail with the dental tool to show her it isn't painful and it will be okay. Dr. Kopacz explain to my daughter every step so she could understand what she was doing. My daughter didn't move a muscle and wasn't nervous at all! Both of her fillings were done in less than 15 minutes. All in all this is a great office all around.

I have been going to this place with my 2 kids. They would get us all in at the same time which helped a lot but the last few times I went they had a new front end lady which is so rude. Then they had us waiting outside for 20 mins when they had no patients in the office. I had to call them back and see if they were ready for me. Once we got into the room my daughter was scared and nervous which every kid is and the dentist told me she can’t work on her if she is upset. So I walked out with my daughter and I’m finding a new dentist. So if u have kids that r nervous and upset about going to the dentist please don’t bring them here because they won’t want to work on them.

I would like to give a big thank you to Dr. Jennifer, she is an amazing dentist. Dr. Jennifer in my experience has been wonderful, she is so kind, gentle and caring. Her chairside manner makes it actually fun to have work done. I enjoyed our conversations that we have had on a couple of occasions. I would recomend her to anyone! Thank you again, for your dedication to exceptional care.

The best dental office I’ve been too. Kristen is so thorough and I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

I'm sad. First my PCP retired last year and now Dr Fantuzzo is retiring this year. The most kind and gentle dentist that I have ever been to. Well, he deserves a rest after all this time. Enjoy your retirement!

My son had a baby tooth remaining in his gums even after his permanent tooth grew in. It just wouldn't come out on its own, so we decided to have it removed by the dentist. He needed to have it out anyway with getting braces in January. The dentist did a great job.used some numbing gel which worked awesome on my son)
