I had an amazing experience here. Angelica was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the lighting, and the large dressing rooms. The store is organized my size which is sooooo helpful, why to more shops not already do this? I had a great experience.

My only suggestion to the shop owner is to let us take pictures and here is why, I tried on an amazing Christina Lauren dress and texted the style number to my director for approval. He looked it up online and immediately vetoed it. If he could have only saw it on me, I know he would have fallen in love with it too. I would have bought it then and there. I couldn't send him a pic of me in it so he just had the model pic online to go off of. So instead of $650 sale for you, I had to sadly walk away empty handed.

BB Couture has never failed with the best dresses. I come up all the way from New Mexico to see them. The staff is amazing, quality of the gowns is great. What are you waiting for? Head up to BB Couture now!

I’ve never seen anyone less inclined to make a sale. How are you even still in business with this abysmal customer service?

It was a terrible experience. Quite laughable honestly. Got very racist vibes from this place and it very much catered towards white women. I was told there was a no picture policy but the second the white girls pulled out their phones to take pictures there were smiles across the room. The workers didn’t help us choose dresses but helped many other people. The vibe was completely off and the selection of dresses was very limited. If you’re white this is just the place for you, if you’re not spend your money in a place where it’s appreciated.

You ever leave an establishment & absolutely had to leave a review? This is one of those times! My visit to B&B couture was nothing short of amazing! I flew in from Miami just to visit the store & I’m really glad I did. (Don’t forget to make an appointment so you can take your time & enjoy the experience!) Just wanna say the owner/staff were the most helpful & friendliest people I ever met. I was shopping for a dress for my daughter’s senior breakfast and let’s just say I was undecided. The girls in the store literally did the shopping for me. My daughter’s dress was PERFECT! They made me feel very secure about my decision & just the overall experience was so comfortable for me since I felt a little uneasy about buying a dress not having my daughter present. They asked to see pics of her & even shared pics with me of real customers I wearing their dresses. I know I’m rambling but when I tell you I loved this store and the employees and really can’t wait to go back, I truly mean it. I leave reviews all the time (you can check) but this one was absolutely needed. If you are hesitant, don’t be. If you can make it in the store, do so. The selection is crazy! You’re guaranteed to find something to fit your occasion!

I had an amazing shopping experience at BB Couture. My niece lives in Georgia and With the help of the lovely staff I was able to find the perfect prom dress for and ship it. Her prom was yesterday, she loved her dress and it was a perfect fit.

Loved shopping here. Blair is amazing! And for all my plus size girlies they stock till size 28-30. I cannot explain how much joy I felt when I saw a gown in store in my size! Although I didn’t go there to shop for myself, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a gown in my size. That rarely happens when you’re shopping in store especially in NY! And Blair is the sweetie behind that. Thank you for being you.:)

The selection of gowns and cocktail dresses is second to none. One dress is more exquisite than the next. The selection isn’t the same basic gowns you see everywhere else, these gowns are memorable and statement making. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us take our time making sure our daughter found a gown she loved. They didn’t try to to rush her to make a decision and were truly happy when she found the dress she loved.

Got a wedding guest dress here and their selection WINS. Absolutely beats out anything Nordstrom, saks, or Bloomingdale’s has to offer. The people who work there are passionate and awesome to work with.

Very helpful employees. They got me in for a last minute appointment. Good selection of dresses but they really are your spot for sequence and really flashy dresses. Not many options for classic gowns. Will go back when I’m looking for something really out there but for this occasion I needed something more elegant. I loved how everything was so organized by size and length, made looking super easy and not stressful at all!
