BBQ Chicken, Flushing NY

This guys never pick up phone, Called multiple times but no answer whatsoever. How they running businness like this and they also charge you for bags without telling you.

I was worried about the service because of the reviews, but the lady at the front was super nice and friendly. Chicken took 25 min - this is 2pm on a saturday. I think she is the only one who works there, so if she doesnt pick up i think it’s bc she is backed up with orders and/or cooking.

Ordered maple wings and spicy kalbi wings. The maple wings are not sweet at all, tastes like garlic butter mostly and kind of like honey butter chips. Might not be for everyone. Spicy kalbi is not that spicy. Wings are not burned or dry like bonchon or mad for chicken sometimes. Wings crispy and moist, not greasy at all. Really fried well. Only thing I didnt like were the pickled radish. I would def come back to try their other unique flavors! Also tried wings of fire - so far it is my favorite.

Smelled like sewage the minute I walked in. If you want to place an order it’s 30 minutes wait minimum. Took them a while to realize we walked in, There is only one person working so I can imagine why. We left because of the smell in the restaurant.not appetizing.

The only good thing about this place is the Wings are extremely delicious
Anything else not so much. Be prepared it takes forever to get the food ready

I've been visiting this place for over 7 years and lately it;s nothing but disappointment Price Sky High Quality has gone poor Quantity has also gone poor

정말 짜증 백입니다. 전화를 늘 안 받으시네요. 장사가 잘 되시니 배째라는식이시네요. 그나마 여기가 맛있어서 오더하는데 이런곳에서 다시는 시키고 먹고 싶지 않습니다. BBQ 본사에 민원이라도 넣야 겠네요

This place never answers the phone. If you get lucky, you can order otherwise they never answer the phone. When confronted, owner says because she workd by herself. So I'm suppose to understand all she needs to do is just explain. Very unprofessional

I bought a secret spicy chicken and honestly the sauce on the chicken tasted like puke. My siblings all tried a piece and gave it back to me because they couldn’t finish it. The sauce gave off a greasy feeling and had a strong raw tomato scent. I haven’t tasted the other chickens so I can’t say something about their taste but for a store name bbq chicken, I feel disappointed that my first buy tasted awful.

The owner seems to really take charge of this restaurant. Very hard working. Food is always consistent.

HOW ABOUT IM SITTING OUTSIDE THE STORE AND CALLING AND SHES IN THE FRONT NOT ANSWERING. TELLING ME THEY ARE CLOSED ITS 8pm IT SAYS YOU GUYS CLOSE AT 9 BBQ CHICKEN CLOSED THIS PLACE DOWN THEY PUTTING A BAD NAME ON YALL

First time trying this place. 20 minute wait for freshly cooked chicken. It was thick crunchy batter basted in thick sweet spicy korean bbq sauce. It was good. Certainly different from American bbq. Yes you should try it.

What is going on with place? Why aren't they answering the phone since covid?
update as of July 1st 2021: the ownership has been changed.the chicken taste was not same as before plus there are certain smells coming from chicken.they even provide me new coupon to start over.they are not accepting the coupon before covid. I miss the prevous chicken taste so much.: (

They don't answer the phone, even if you call 50 times. The employees there seriously pick it up and hang it up. Just read the other reviews, this store is a disgrace to the franchise.

My go to place for Korean chicken. I only get drumsticks of fire Wait time is normally more than 30mins though.
