5Customer service was extremely helpful during a very stressful situation
This is my 2nd time renting space from B&C Morgan Road. The move-in process was very easy and Matt was great to work with. The facility is always clean, secure and easily accessible.
The whole place is layed out nicely, with plenty of space to park your camper etc. Every thing is clean, and it was very easy to back into any spot. I also noticed that they have surveillance cameras around the facility and that was comforting. The Staff on the phone was also very friendly and professional Great Customer Service.
Made a phone call. It was that easy! Everything done over the phone and email. Completed the forms online, payed and was happy as a camper!
Its a great place, but the mothball smell is concerning. Hoping it doesn't' catch on to our furniture.
