Disgusting and not nice service in this store Hep Edd has a store in Atlantic Queens where the service is much better here they provide service after a long time waiting

Instead of a good review you’re getting a bad one instead of a customer you’re getting a complaint instead of money you get nothing all because you couldn’t help thank you.

Too long to get your material. Minimum 20 minutes. The warehouse workers are normally rude to the customers and mostly socializing with each other while you are waiting outside in cold. The prices are good. But I don't think it worths the wait.

Great shopping experience. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is great and there are substitutes for items if they don't have exactly what your looking for.

One of the tellers is not very friendly with customer returning an item. They make money with restocking fee of 20% and yet complain. They greet you when you buy and frown and complain if you return. The next project I will remember them very clearly.

The manager of this store behaved unprofessionally and didn't treat me with respect. The counterman and the warehouse staff were very helpful and professional. I would suggest a change of management.

I come to this establishment for years they had really good service in the pass, now they have a bunch of new people @ the counter that are very disrespectful & management doesn’t really care about costumers when they place complaints about their staff behavior it’s like we don’t care, you can take your business elsewhere very disappointed & really dislike doing business with this company.
