I don't think they went through my bag, I think they just skimmed at the top and didn't go through, the bag was super packed at the bottom it looked pretty much untouched

The items they have for sale are ok and not terribly overpriced. But when you sell your own items to them they say they don’t want them but you can leave them and they’ll give them to charity. I did that only to find later they were selling them. This happened 2 times. The stuff I’m talking about was in good condition, some of it new. I think their business model is to take things for free saying they’ll donate it, and then selling it. Genius, but based on a lie.

THIEVES! They robbed my good shoes. They said they wouldn't consider any of my new things and high end designer shoes & offered me to leave them for "Donation" aka " we'll just take them and sell them and pocket the money " lol.

Took clothes to sell a few times, employee didn’t take anything out of the bag, just looked at tags and didn’t take a single item. Everlane, vintage Juicy Couture, Reebok, genuine leather, Lulu, etc.all denied here, but they’re selling used Walmart moccasins for $20

Also some of the employees are mad rude, I brought my pathetic $6 ticket up to the front to get cash. I asked for cash three times while the employee stared at me blankly, then gave me attitude saying I didn’t say what I wanted so what’s she supposed to do. Idk, listen? Sheesh

Stopped by with a couple of bags of clothing that was in amazing condition; some still had tags! After waiting about half an hour they said there’s nothing they considered. I took one look around at what they had on the floor and was confused cause the store has a strange smell and some dusty looking items. I studied fashion and I’m a stylist so I knew that the clothes I wanted to consign was a lot more relevant than what they had for sale. Then they said I could donate it to them. If you want it for free just ask lol!
