The receptionists were kind and friendly, the place was clean and organized. I liked my result, I didn't have to wait long. Aya was very patient, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Amazing medical spa. Workers are super nice and accommodating and the place itself has a great atmosphere, super clean and mod space with vibe-y music. My first botox procedure was not painful or uncomfortable at all, was done in not even 2 minutes. And the groupon deal I got was so beyond great that I know I will be returning.

I have been accompanying my mom, Teresa Vasquez, for her visits @Beautyfix for the past month. My mom initially went in for Botox and has since been afforded so much more because of their convenient plans. From the moment you enter the aesthetics are on point and the staff and music are a vibe. Highly recommend!

I received a Hydrafacial with the JLO add-on. The facial itself was good, but the customer service wasn’t the vibe. Mid facial, the aesthetician grabbed my chin fat and said “you know we offer Coolsculpting, right? ”, rude! And she left me alone in the room for 10 minutes doing light therapy, this would have been a great opportunity to do a hand massage or discuss products with me… lastly the front desk girls were all gathered behind one desk, sitting on the floor, and gossiping and spraying perfume.

I’ll do business with BEAUTYFIX at anytime because of Stephanie, she’s the best, she listen to customers and attends to ur assistant and needs, she’s the best at customer consultate I’ve ever met, she never get made, you leave her a messages or text, she’s always at your reach, very helpful in all ur needs, I’ll always come at 69th location just because of Stephanie and do business with BEAUTYFIX, I live all the way in jersey, have to catch the bus and train just to get to 69th street but it worth going there because of Stephanie and all the staff there, best of the best location and services…love all they did for me there, no complain at all. I love BeautyFix UES! This is the only place in the city I trust to get me the results I want. I've go to them for Botox, fillers, and last summer I went for chin lipo. I'm always super happy with the results. I'm currently going through a round of fat-burning treatments with the lovely and knowledgeable Audriey! Can't recommend her or Beautyfix enough!

I was about to leave a nasty review cause I had to wait 70 minutes for a procedure, but. The consultant from Georgia (sorry I already managed to forget your name) was friendly and trustworthy aka awesome and then my esthetician Aya was more than capable and professional aka awesome so I decided to go with 5 starts due to the great staff and ignore the mishap. I'm sure this was just some random universe test and I passed cause I didn't let myself judge the book by its covers and instead the content made me happy in the end. Thanks ladies, the owner should be thankful for employing you!

If you are looking to get Botox, think twice or buy the whole 100un container, ask to open a new one, to dilute and to fill up the syringes upfront of you and not on the work station behind your back! Because once the container is open and diluted, there is no way for you know how many units are there. My practice shows that there are much less units or incorrect injection technic. My friends had some good experiences with fillers though.until they have been pushed to do what they haven't intended to have done.

Hhhmmm, for some reason I don’t have an option to reply to the BeautyFix response from my phone. I was there and unfortunately I did not get the result I paid for. I had Botox before and I had it after in the place I know the exact amount of units that have been injected. I see the result!

I met Audrey (the owner), several years ago when she worked for a plastic surgeon on Park Avenue that I had been going to for years for Botox and fillers.

She helped me articulate the look I wanted to achieve; for instance she recommended getting filler in my temples verses more filler in my cheeks, which were already too full when I smiled. I followed her to BeautyFix because she’s that good at what she does. I LITERALLY trust her opinion about my aesthetics more than the doctors I’ve seen in the past.

Most doctors are older men and will just do what you ask them for and don’t care if you look too overdone, etc.but Audrey is passionate about the industry and knows all of the latest techniques and technologies. She’s young and beautiful (yet has a lot of experience working for doctors in the industry), so I trust her and she understands the look I want.

She hires only the best practitioners. At my Dr.on Park Ave.she suggested I see the new nurse and I was reluctant.but I made an appointment and when I checked in she went back with me to see the nurse and told her what she thought I needed and I had a great experience AND saved money because it was a nurse vs.a doctor!

Some Doctors/practitioners do the same amount of filler on each side, try to convenience you that you look great already, are not familiar with current trends and don’t care because they just want money. They can make you feel uncomfortable or that you’re bothering them and they will try to get you in and out as soon as possible. Then they will eventually be too busy for you so you’ll end up seeing a nurse that works for them. I feel like they sincerely care at Beautyfix, they are truly passionate about it!

I LOVE Beautyfix because I’m never rushed and instead of spending hours online researching and taking selfies, I can literally book an appointment and worry about what I need/want when I get there. You can trust them. You’re not going to get burned by a laser treatment; you’re not going to be rushed, you’re not going to be overcharged, you’re not going to be over done, you don’t have to know exactly what you want before you get there (i.e. Brand of filler, units of Botox, lips or chin, etc). In regards to their office, it’s clean, professional, has the latest equipment and the staff is amazing!

Ana at the 69th Street location is a master injector. She is super skilled and a knowledgeable with a keen eye. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! The location is prime and the facilities are pristine.

Samantha is AMAZING! She has been working with me for years and she fixed my lip from a prior drop I had in my lip from years back from a medical issue. My lip looks normal and back to its self and I can not be any happier! Thank you for making me me again and brining a smile I am proud of to my face! It keeps me confident and natural and makes me never want to inject anything in my face at this age that’s unnecessary, u made me love my natural self for who I am again and fixed my lip!
