Italian Restaurant Becco reviews
14Such great service and a fantastic way to spend a long dinner - bottle of wine and bottomless pasta.
We love Becco, but it’s in part because Alvaro is so incredible. Amazing experience, delicious food (prosciutto, burrata, calamari, whole branzino, stuffed peppers), and the best of service!
Food was good, our server gave no care for me and my friend. The buser and the hostess were extremely helpful, they served most of our food and drinks. We tipped them both separately and then tipped the server an amount he probably didnt deserve but it was still way lower than it would have been had he given hs proper service.
One of my favorite large-group restaurant experiences in NYC. We had a fabulous milestone meal here and everyone was super happy, from 10 to 60 years of age! Get your entrees, but be sure to try the trio of pastas that you can get for $9. Totally worth it. They also have private rooms for 20+ folks you can book. We will be back!
30 dollar all you can eat pasta, is fantastic! Best deal in NYC. Always able to accommodate my girlfriend with a veggie pasta when one of the three pastas has meat in it. Also, a very extensive list of affordable bottles of wine.
Only been here once with a group of co-workers for lunch and it has quickly turned into one of my favorites in that area. Awesome, attentive service for a weekday!
Awesome Italian food at a fair NYC Price. The strange thing was that there was Italian birra on the menu.
Great choice for reasonably priced Italian food in the theatre district. Cheap bottles of wine, and a never ending pasta deal with three fresh made pasta choices that are always changing. The pasta can be hit and miss sometimes, but it's definitely worth the price.
Becco deserves all 5 stars.
Great food (the all you can eat pasta is a phenomenal deal with multiple fresh and delicious options). The service is always top notch! Becco is my go to when it comes to quality italian food in NYC.
Food was very average. Nothing special. Not horrible but just not what you would expect when paying to eat out I could cook better last a at home.
The main thing that made this restaraunt bad was the service. They were rude, stubborn and unhelpful. They made us feel very unwelcome. Was 100% the worst restaraunt we've been to in New York.
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. You can find way way better.
Fake italian restaurant. Meat has the taste from fried fat from other steaks, first course is without flavour and dump but tasteless. Knives for meat are wrong and the wine glasses are what you really don't need to taste wine.
Becco is the best. Excellent food and service. A delicious meal before or after a Broadway show. Becco never disappoints.
Atmosphere was nice, staff was very attentive. I had the salmon an fava beans, husband had the lasagna it was a little to much cinnamon for him.
Solid Italian restaurant- the ambiance is amazing, really loud and rustic but friendly. The pasta was solid although it is nothing that you wouldn't have seen in a pretty good restaurant. Considering the way they refill your plates so graciously and the price of your dinner, it does feel more amazing though. All the entrees and dessert were decent as well, continuing with the nothing-incredible-but-all-good quality. It was suitable for a dinner after theater and I definitely would return.
