I had an excellent customer service experience with an employee named Junior. I came in to return an item, but was unable to locate my digital receipt. Junior was able to immediately resolve the issue by looking up my email and proceeding with the return. Junior was friendly and very delightful to speak with. He was very prompt with his service and resolved my issue with great skill and clarity. It was a pleasure visiting this store. Junior made my experience a wonderful one.

Was there late an evening, and I almost got the whole store to my self.so i was comfortable doing my shopping.with no hassle.ty.

The store appears to be emptying out of stock, almost looks like it's going out of business. Did not have what I was looking for. More selection online as the store was half empty.

Good store always have a nice high quality products however selection on this particular day was very limited we went for a iron board cover and they did not have it, I probably will go back to the store have nothing against the store but selection seems to be limited as most people are preferring to go online for their products and big stores are taking a hit because of this

Store is neat and organized. Very low in stock in many departments. Lack of staffing has been a problem for years. No one to help with questions or merchandise. Quick and organized check out. Cashier friendly and polite.

Westbury Long Island New York bed bath and beyond manager Renee was horrible in assisting a return. She was nasty and rude with a mistake. She insisted that I did not buy the item on my credit card but she was putting the wrong item in her computer. She was telling me to call the manufacturer instead of looking down at the product that I was returning and putting the correct numbers into her computer. After she found her mistake she turned her back and still did not even apologize. Horrible service I am old school when you make a mistake it is what it is you own up to it and apologize like a human being. Absolutely horrible service hopefully somebody from above will teach her and put her in the right path to customer service.

I placed a pick-up order for a very hard to get item when it was finally back in stock and it is very expensive. I paid the money and reserved the item only to get an email 20 minutes later telling me that my order was CANCELLED. I am very upset and mad because this item is out of stock everywhere and I thought I had finally found it here. I didn't even get an explanation of why it was cancelled in the email.

Great selection. Don’t forget your coupons. You didn’t throw them all out when they flooded your mailbox did you? The 20% off was great when I bought an espresso machine. I also used one when I bought a Dyson fan end of season floor sample that was already marked down.

This place is wide so you have to walk around and decide what you want. Unfortunately not enough employees to help. Free parking and just have patience.

Remarkable selection great staff all willing to help and they carry personal hygiene items as well as all your home needs toothpaste shampoo etc.

This Is One of My Favorite Stores to. Shop At! They always have great sales! I give It Five Stars!

Need a towel? No problem. Cool gadgets for the kitchen and bathroom? They've got got 'em. I think you can even register there if you're getting married. This location has a World Market inside, too.

The lines can get alittle long and takes some time because of people trying to misuse the 20% coupon but the employees try their best to get everyone in and out. This Bed Bath & Beyond has an awesome World Market Section. So if you're looking for international candies and snacks this is the place to go.

Great store with great customer service. Taking off one star because it's very hard to find help when browsing the aisles - there's never anyone around. However, you can find pretty much everything here for your home. Return policy is great as well in case any problems arise. Parking lot is ample - never a problem to find parking, plus the store is near all other big box stores. I always come back. The staff at this location is MUCH nicer than the staff at the Manhasset location

My favorite place. Very friendly. Very accommodating if need help. Not the biggest one but if don’t have it will order it for you and adds coupons. All merchandise was sent to my home.

The overall experience was very good today seemed to be a light day for customers. Parking can some times be a challenge at this location. The staff here is extremely helpful. My only knock on this store is things are spread around in some weird areas but, other than that the store is clean and taken care of.

Appreciate the neatly stocked shelves and organization. Nice coffee section with several flavoring choices was a nice suprise. Just wish the Harmon section had more of the same snack/candy options as other stores.

This entire store us awesome I heard about it and saw the coupons laying around. Finally went in no coupons of course, and found the wedge pillow I needed going back today for lawn chairs. I seldom return things to stores but the return policy of 1 year is unbelievable
