Food was okay, service was not up to par for the amount of people in the store. They even told customers thats orders online you get it outside at the window but nobody went to the window to service them. Worth a visit but they have to do better

Worst customer service. Walked out the door the moments an old lady literally yield at me not to touch a food container I was pointing at. The younger lady didn't speak a up about where I should place the order, by the way she was standing next to the food

I'm over them. They could be better neighbors. There's a grease trail from their front door to their dump site around the corner. With all that $$$ he's making, he can't splurge on a wheeled cart to transport the trash? C'mon.

GOOOOD food! The service was faster than usual, which I was happy about. No dining in. Good portion size. Fresh food!

Jamaican woman with short hair who was fixing plates/orders was rude. 3rd time experiencing or witnessing this. No matter which location, the attitudes be ON 1,000. SMH. Whiting was Air & Breading. Mac was just ok. This location has definitely fallen OFF.

This is my first visit, I walked in to place an order and one of the staff (a fair skinned lady with braids) Is yelling on the phone dropping F bombs and all kinds of other obscenities, next to the register and was doing it extremely loud, which makes me know she is used to it. None of the other staff even told her to stop they just looked on from the kitchen. Me and the to other customers in the store looked at each other in shock! However The girl at the register was sweet and attentive. On a different note my chicken was not fully cooked. Everything else tasted good. The 2 stars is for the yams and greens which taste good. The behavior of the worker was more than inappropriate!

Did not like the service or food. I found a hair in my mac n cheese. The yellow cake was nasty. I liked the mac n cheese and cool aid.

Food and service was amazing. I guess I went at the right time because there was no wait time outside of them putting the plate together

Food was ok but the supervisor/ manager who is very little with a oversized tummy was very disrespectful. I watched her scream at a customer and made the lady cry. She then continued to scream at her employees while eating a large plate of food. I don’t think I will be going back there because I did not like the way she was using her position to belittle the staff and customers.

Super friendly and attentive staff! I went to grab a bite with a few family members while in BK! The honey glazed salmon is truly divine!

Food is made with love may take a little long for order to be ready But they also offer an option to order Online to pick up in store

Went for lunch today, waited 20mins for a chicken salad.i decided to quesfion why so long and jad to waot a next 20mins. When i got it, chicken was rubbery and the bread cold.i couldnt believe this is what i wasfed my lunch break to pay for.

Ordered the Salmon dinner with spinach and scalloped potatoes. Salmon was over cooked and dry. Scalloped potatoes were really greasy. They need to learn more about preparation of Salmon.

The food is amazing but it’s not worth the nasty attitude of the manager. I came a few days ago to ask if they were open on thanksgiving, she laughed and asked me and I quote “am I open on thanksgiving? ” I’m not a business, and it’s not unreasonable for a business that sells soul food to at least be open for large catering orders, early in the day. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars this year alone (regardless that does not matter). Customer service and empathy is key when running any business, they lack both immensely. I love to support black owned businesses, but I simply can not tolerate the disrespect. I’ll give my money to people that can AT LEAST greet me when I walk into their establishment, and not act like I’m a bother.

Sooooooooo good! Get the seafood rice, seafood Mac n cheese, stuffed salmon, sweet chili shrimp and collards greens!

Delicious food, but horrible customer service. I ordered a Kool aid, the cashier reaches in the refrigerator, places the cherry flavor on the counter, I nudge it towards her with the tip of my nail and said I'd prefer the pink flavor. She says "too late, you touched the cup". No signs are placed ANYWHERE in the restaurant that states they choose your flavor and you can't slightly touch the cup or it's your loss! Then the other lady confirmed my order was bagged and ready, my app agreed, yet she made me wait while she prepared 6 more plates before handing me my order. Smh
