My 10 year hates going out or even putting any effort to do anything however when she comes to this gym she feels safe enough to get out of her shell. She is so tall for her age that they let her join. The adult classes to feel more comfortable. Its a nice and small environment so she enjoys the people as much as the classes. There are so many excuses we can have not to join but it's only a hour a day couple days a week I think I might join the adult classes
