BeeLine ParaTransit Office, White Plains NY

They don't get you on time to your appointment. Don't use turbulent transit. When you try to call them they put voice message or hang up on you. This isn't the first time that is this happened.

Para Transit is bad because they have bad service and people tell lies and always come late to pick me up in one time. I miss a really important doctor appointment And I don't recommend it for your loved ones

Just got off the phone with trying to book a trip to work and back he wouldn't give me his name when I asked for it he said he couldn't book a pick up for beyond 7pm in Briarcliff Manor, NY were I work. And I was picked up two days two weeks ago at 7pm from the same location. Tells me to call my job and tell them I need to get out earlier. No because it doesn't work that way I'll get fired. Wish he would have given me his name. Cause I want to complain to ParaTrans on how rude he was to me. And tired of being late for work I need to be at work at 8am. This mornings bus isn't showing up until 7: 49am whenever it's arrival time is supposed to be 7: 15-7: 45 am. And it takes 15 minutes to get from Mount Kisco to Briarcliff Manor were my job is. Not very reliable. ParaTrans needs to be alot more on time. Tired of getting into work late over and over again I need to be at work at 9am. Passed two days I've gotten there 15 minutes late. And I'm sick of the rude people who pick up. When I ask were my rude is? The only nice one is Tim. When they say their pick up time is between 7pm and 7: 30 pm. Why am I getting picked up at 8pm. So sick of the rude people at Dispatch too. Always get me to work late when I tell them the times I need to be I'm. TIRED OF BEING LATE TO WORKB CAUSE OF THEM!

My return pick-up was between 9: 45-10: 15. The bus arrivered at 11: 15 and the driver got off to use the restroom leaving me to wait once again. There is a scheduling problem that needs to be addressed. This has happen several times.

Never on time
Once picked up stops at stops in nonsensical order. Literally drives past my stop to drop someone else off first
Frequently gets lost on way to picking me up
Has terrible gps system
Due to stops for other passengers and illogical impractical order of drop off takes 2 hours for what would in a car typically take 35-40 minutes and that is after being an average of 45 minutes late to pickup
Honestly would rather stay where I am and not go home and see my family then take ParaTransit

Horrible. Disrespectful of disabled people’s time - as if their schedules and appointment times don't matter. Like they are not real people with real lives. Half an hour late for a pickup to an appointment. An hour waiting in a parking lot after the appointment. SHAME ON YOU!

Just started using & they're very courteous and mindfull of my appointment time. Always on time. Loved that I was able to ride free for the summer! Westchester is a big place & $5 bucks one way is economical.

My pickup time was between 1: 30 and 2: 00. It was 2: 30 as tracking the driver. The driver had not moved. He was stopped at Westchester county center for an hour. Wasn't moving. When I called they told me that he was picking up a person with an oversized wheelchair. I told them for an hour and a half and they told me yeah that's how long it takes.
Called up again. They said in 10 minutes meantime me had not moved

Called up a third time again. 10 minutes. It was an appointment of 1: 00 to 1: 30 pick up. I got home at 3: 15

ParaTransit was great, very reliable. Ever since the free fare during the summer, the service is incredibly unreliable. Once you board the bus, you can't tell when you'll arrive at your destination. This is horrible for people who are trying to get to appointment's on time.

Over all ParaTransit has been pretty good but thief are times when they are the worst they will be late picking me up then they will have to pick up and/or drip others that might cause me to be late for work and/or appointment para trasit needs to get better on they way organize their trips
