Moved in a month ago and so far me and my family are loving our new home and the neighborhood. The Board are okay, not overly strict and are reasonable. Special thanks to management, Maria and Jessie. They were very efficient and helpful in the whole process

When I call Maria and Jessie, they get problems solve all the time. Awesome Elizar, and Fitzroy, and the crew always get things done right fast! Love them! Much improvement since they started taking over. Thank you guys

It's been some time since we closed on our co-op in Bell Park Gardens but the process was overall positive. The guidelines from the Board were clear and both Maria and Jessie in the management office were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. As far as the neighborhood is concerned, the area is very quiet and peaceful, and is conveniently located near two different shopping plazas. There is also convenient access to two major highways and both local and interborough busses are located nearby.

My future is at Bell Park Gardens. Front office staff has been fantastic. Neighborhood beautiful and clean. Everything is walking distance. And if need to drive Everything has a lot. Looking forward to the rest of my life.

Bell Park Gardens is a fantastic place to live. I’d say it’s the best co-op in Bayside/Oakland Gardens.

The office staff is amazing top top notch. Maria and Jessie are fantastic. They make the initial application process smooth and are willing to help you whenever you need. Once you get approved from the board and become a shareholder they’re still there to help you with anything. Simply the best. If you read the other reviews I’m not the only one to say this!

The board here is strict, but that is exactly what you want. The board approves or denies you NOT the office. The board has clear and concise guidelines in order to become a shareholder. Which in turn protects our community. I wouldn't want it any other way. Everyone here is super friendly. Never run into any bad neighbors!

Maintenance is great! Great union shop ran by the Super Elazar. The whole shop has great workers who are very knowledgeable and hard working. They help fix any issues you may come across with no problem. It’s nice to know that maintenance is up to date and done right. Definitely gives me peace of mind!

Don’t overlook Ball Park Gardens! It’s only getting better!

This review is long overdue - we closed back in September 2021 on our co-op at BPG and we have been so happy being part of this community. Jessie and Maria from the management office are both so nice and helpful and they have been since the very beginning. The neighbors are friendly for the most part too. So glad we decided to settle here in BPG.:)

I just had a very disappointing experience with this coop application process and wanted to give fair warning to future applicants. Although Jessie and Maria were responsive and great to work with, there is a severe disconnect between their expectations and the board’s. I essentially wasted 3 months of both the sellers time and my money to get ultimately denied after the board interview. I hope my experience validates previous reviews and future applicants take this into account when applying here.
