The agency seems fine, my only critique would be having better communication between the agents and potential models. After being asked to come in, I had a meeting with the agent Tom Lasala, and while he was nice, I felt like he was not as transparent as he could’ve been regarding his interest in moving forward with me. It felt misleading. Even with my follow up email I sent well afterwards, his response was vague and inconclusive, and had me continuing to wait on his final answer, which I never received. Overall, I believe a good agent knows how to politely reject someone when they’re not interested instead of leading them on, so being more direct and transparent is just something to work on.

Pretty awful actually. The owner isn't pleasant. Much nicer models and staff elsewhere in NYC honestly.

I always wished he was one of my agents. I was the first dark skill African plus sized model in the world (they always were skinny until I arrived in the market lol). Tom was at my agency. I adored the guy as I saw myself as a high fashion model and he never looked down on me or laughed at me like some did at that te when no one was like me. He used to say I see so much potential in you. There you go today it's so popular. There is a winner who sees the future and present and past if fashion. #change.
