I came to this Restaurant because some reviews and their social media. But, honestly the food was so bad. The worst pizza I’ve ever eaten.

Bad service, they charge the tip or tips being mandatory, it is better to go to the hard rock cafe and it costs you the same and the food is much tastier

This is the third time I had Anthony as a waiter and he was wonderful as usual. Very personable and continued to ask if we needed anything else. On a previous visit he actually ran out of the restaurant to the parking lot to bring me my purse which I had left behind. This employee should be rewarded! The fruited arugula salad was fresh and exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is amazing being on the mighty Niagara River viewing the Grand Island bridge. I'll definitely be back!

Is a restaurant in a hotel, the only nice thing is the terrace facing the Niagara River. The food is mediocre in Italian style. But the chef has definitely never been to Italy.

Everything was perfect. Our server was grand. I think hey name was Olivia! She deserves a raise! Thank you for a good bday dinner for my hubby.

30 mins waited finally ask if we are going to get a server. Took our order it’s now 7: 55 let’s see how long it’s going to take. After they sent our waiter who is Anthony he truly made me changed mind about the place he was very accommodating. Anthony truly was a gem

Very adult place. No kids running around screaming and a gorgeous view! My husband and I had a server named I believe Anthony. We Absolutely indulged in our food we got bread and margaritas pizza! Perfect date place for a couple trying to enjoy company!

Great outdoor seating with a wonderful view! Our meals and drinks were delicious. We will definitely go back to try the many amazing plates we saw being served to others. Our server, Sarah was absolutely wonderful! Wish they could get more staff to help things move along a little quicker.

All the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The bread service was great and the food was good. The food portions were large and worth the wait. Great outdoor seating with great view of the lake. We had a longer wait than expected but in the end we were happy with our experience. Would definitely return just for the bread!

The only good about this evening was the view. Our food lacked flavor and we all left full plates. Service was slow. We all ordered a different pasta dish and it just wasn’t good. Disappointed in my birthday dinner.

The front of the hotel doesn't look promising but the view from the back is c'est magnifique. The food is worth a visit too.

Menu didn't have many choices, but the food was absolutely delicious. Steak was huge and cooked just right. Creme Pesto with chicken was very good as well. Not to many non-alcoholic options for drinks, and it was a bit busy, but we were sitting outside overlooking the river. The biggest issue I had were dirty water glasses, everything else was great.

Ate a lovely meal out on the covered terrace overlooking the River. Was disappointed that the server had trouble splitting the bill between 2 couples, they couldn’t brew a cup of decaf, and he served a cappuccino that had no milk in it, and a 20% tip was automatically added (with no advance notice, we were only a party of 4) ; then when the server processed our cards, he didn’t return the same itemized invoice (which showed included tip), just the slip you sign (with the line to add a tip). Sneaky.
If you go, read your bill carefully!

That’s my first time I come to this restaurant& hotel, and the last time. The workers in the evening it’s bad service and I’m not happy at all with what they did and how they was, I think I was talking with the manager he dressed white shirt I get there at 9: 28pm and he say that the chef he can’t do any food he try to tell me and my fiancé, you are not welcome. Put I’m wandering why should he do this.for anyone he willing to try this bad service welcome to them. The first day when you do check-in they be soo nice and happy that they will get you is a prey. If you need happy vacation don’t come to this hotel and restaurant.

Very cool place to dine at! Sitting on the patio in the summer is such a serene way to spend dinner.

Food was pretty good, very large portions definitely, but a little overpriced in my opinion.

Our service was okay, not super attentive even though the restaurant wasn't super busy, but not awful.

A cool place to visit if you live in Niagara Falls, but having a 30 minute drive, I don't think I'll be back

We had a last minute, unplanned visit to this restaurant as a pit stop on our drive. We were seated quickly on the patio, and the views were pretty. However the constant bugs crawling on us were a bit annoying. We had our food picked out within minutes, but it took a fairly long time for the food to come out. My creamy pesto pasta was delicious, the kids chicken tenders and fries were basic, and the 2 patty smash burger was average. Our waitress Emily was great, and other staff were friendly. Oversell a decent experience and a nice pit stop getting some fresh air.

After spending the day at The Falls - this was a Beautiful, relaxing way to finish our outdoor adventure. We had the option of sitting inside (their AC was set very cld) or drying off outside. We sat outside, there were a few little bugs, but what do you expect from the outdoors, by the water!?
The staff was welcoming, our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Service was Amazing! Food was Tasty and Fresh! I ordered the English style Burger, medium rare, had to have it re-fired, it arrived pretty rare. Our order came out in a timely manner, and my burger came back rather quickly. My husband ordered the Pasta Ai Gamberetti, which our waitress recommended. We are so glad she did! It was Absolutely Delicious! I always thought pasta needed a heavy sauce, no! It was light, lemony and delicious! I'm ordering it next time!
This is a place I will proudly and highly recommend and return to.
It was a bit pricier than fast food, but well worth it for the service, quality and the view.

After being a long-standing patron of this restaurant, including hosting my baby shower at this restaurant, we will no longer spend our money. We called tonight and asked about a wait for a table on the patio, I was told “we have a 20 minute wait. ” When I asked if I could reserve a table I was then told “ it’s best if you just come into the bar and wait for your table”…so we did. Upon arrival we were told “the restaurant was ‘closed’ due to some large parties that had arrived and had reservations”. This was information that clearly was known (we called after this and was told these were week old reservations) and never communicated when I called 20 minutes prior. We are incredibly disappointed and SO put off by this decision by inept staff. There goes our business plus our boat and local friends business.
