1 I started as a kid coming to the children’s classes and immediately loved it, I was 11 at the time and committed to Bellmore kickboxing for about 2 to 3 years. I’m now 21 and I have continued to participate in the women’s cardio kickboxing classes… And once you start here, there’s something about this place that always brings you back. I’ve tried multiple Muay thai/kickboxing gyms, and there’s no other place like it. Every class is different. All of the coaches have their own fun unique style and twist to each class so you never get bored and I promise you’ll get a great workout each and every time. The community that this gym has built is also fantastic. Everyone is supportive and pushes you only to get better.
