Dear Belmont I have has very good experiences with Belmont, but iam having a problem with my landlord Elmwood squares, last lear they gave me my inspection one day before the inspector was to come to inspect, this year I am afraid I have not received a inspection notice and I am afraid I will be evicted, if my apartment is not inspected.last year it was inspected in june of 2019, my inspector was William whited, I have had some finantional explotation issues over electric bills and door replacement. I wrote the mother company related and reported the manager and the superentendant maria salviski and mark mendez who I believe are huslers in low income housing. I am 70 years old are really wish some one would teach these youngsters the value of respection their elders.

It’s strange to me that they get inundated With bad reviews and then all of a sudden there are glowing reviews from people that seem to be connected to the company. They lost my employment verification three times and instead of admitting it, threatened to revoke my voucher. My employee sent all three faxes and their confirmations and then emailed me them as well. No apology. Just a curt “don’t tell us how to do our jobs” you won’t have the same housing specialist more than once luckily. The turnover is crazy. If you get a bad one don’t worry, next year might be better. Unless you get the Beaver girl. She’s a lifer and you might as well just get ready to lose your housing

I was lost when I first came to Belmont I was in danger of losing my house but Colden Ray was my Angel here on Earth I feel like I owe her my life I know she probably thinks I’ve forgotten about her but when she least expects it I’m going to Bless her! I am so Grateful for her help ️

My housing counselor told me that the entire place was falling apart and that she was going on leave. She said if she didn’t get a management position when she comes back then she is quitting. She came back. She hasn’t brought this up again and she did t get the promotion. I am so weirded out by how unprofessional this all is.

That tell you to go ahead and pick an apartment that's more expensive than the one you live in. Then u move on and guess what the inspector never shows up. NSo u end up paying that months rent witch is to much so u barrow money from yourparents. Then out of the ble you need to go and prove your income and fill out the form. Mind you it's Feb 7th and u paid your amount but that don't pay theirs. Then you get a nasty e mail saying you must pay by the 15 Or elce. I don't have money to pay for rentbecause bellmont dissent really seen to care. How can these people sleep at night when thay promise a better life and makr it worse. Now I'm in a situation that if that don't pay I will have to move and I have no place to move. I honestly spent all my money on no ing here and was under the impression that that would not do this to you
It's beyond evil.its ruined my life. And I just don't know what or were I'm gonna go. I'm taped out and my parents can't help me

Total opposite of when the Hamburg office was open. The people who work at the front end have bad attitudes. In addition, the area that it's located in is sketchy.

Very friendly people and nice atmosphere. They always try to help with all your needs and questions. Very nice place to do business.

I am really sorry you ladies were treated like that because these are the same people who show up to community fairs as if they want to help. I hate when I here other people in the Human services or housing field or any line of work that requires you to serve the public act as if they don't want to help. Work is not about sitting at your desk looking in line it its about serving the people.

Just rude! When I called to ask a question for a young lady who is homeless with a child who gas been staying with me the person was just unprofessional and rude and basically acted as if I interrupted her day.

Very unprofessional people. The supervisor above the North Tonawanda Belmont is incredibly cold and callous towards the people she's supposed to support. Rather than choose to assist you they quickly become a detriment to your state of living and happiness. The desk workers at the North Tonawanda office particularly are very crass, with rude management which only reinforces the problem. Don't waste your time if you don't need them, they are not worth a moment of your life.

Nothing but rudeness from the women in the resource room if you dont have Section 8 dont waste your time going there. She wasnt helpful at all even after i told her about fifth time iam not from buffalo i dont know about housing
