Belshire Manor, Queens NY

It could be just our unit in building 16-66 but heating barely exists during winter season when outside temperature is 38F (filed complaint with the NYCDHCR). I am certain it is legal but strong ordor of cigarettes and pots through out the building even in the room. Might want to consider one more time if you have a family with family or about to start one.

Love it here as well! You can bring your own food or have it delivered. DOWNSIDES, THE SHOWER AND BATHROOMS NEED A MASSIVE OVERHAUL. IT'S A NON SMOKING AREA, BUT PEOPLE DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES! NO ONE WANTS TO SMELL THAT! THE LIFEGUARDS R DEATHLY AFRAID TO TELL THE DINOSAURS TO STOP. HAVE BEEN COMING HERE SINCE 2003 AND IT'S THE SAME DECREPIT CROWD! AND FOR ALL THE GARBAGE CANS AROUND, PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. WE COME HERE FOR A PEACEFUL DAY, DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY KIND OF MUSIC. AND BEING THAT IT'S A FAMILY PLACE, THERE SHOULD BE A MODESTY WEAR RULE. NO ONE WANTS TO SEE ALL THAT COTTAGE CHEESE WALKING ABOUT. NO ONE WANTS TO SEE ALL THAT TATTOOED JUNK. HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE AND GET SOME CLASS. I GAVE IT A 4 STAR BECAUSE WE LIVE A BLOCK AWAY. SO WE WALK OVER AND WE CAN BRING OUR OWN FOOD.
