Lori Marcel, the audiologist, at Beltone was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I had an appointment and she took me right away. She gave me the hearing test, then explained the extent of my hearing loss and how the devices would help me. She paired the hearing aids to my phone and answered all my questions. She said she is always available to answer questions as I get used to wearing the aids. I would definitely recommend Beltone.
Lori as usual goes above and beyond any service of any hearing aid agency that i have ever experienced beltone should be super proud and realize what an important job she performs at beltone
Beltane is the best place ever! Lori is amazing and super nice and easy to work with. I felt at ease the moment I walked in. She made the appt so easy and I left that day so happy and getting my hearing aid and feeling like yay, on my way to hearing better and able to wear a hearing aid now that doesn't hurt. Lori listened to waht I had to say and definitely took everything I felt into consideration. Told me what was best but was willing to work with me and let me even try out to get a good fell before I left for the day. Best place. So happy. Would definitely highly recommend Beltone to eeveryone. Also would recommend Lori to all?
Lorie is always helpful and patient when I see her. She takes care of any issues I have with my hearing aids in the office. I highly recommend Beltone for hearing problems
