Absolutely amazing service! They called and explained different options that they had for a new radio. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive one. They are not only quick and efficient, but ensure they are producing quality work. I would highly recommend them!

They didn't have what I needed though they pointed me in the right direction when I was at a dead end. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need or want.

Received a car starter as a gift and they set it right up quickly and conveniently. After another shop in my hometown totally messed up the system, Benchmark fixed all their mistakes for me and at a wonderful price. Nothing but good things to say and I will definitely work with them in the future!

Had a car starter put in. They were fast and answered all my questions. Showed me how to use the fob. Great place, though it's best if you pay in cash, it'll save you some money.

I'm not one to post reviews, even after bad experiences, but this one feels different. I went to go have some work done by these guys and they acted nice and cool. And they have before in the past as well. However, they didn't do what the job required at all, and then lied about even though it was proven with serial numbers. Admit a mistake and that's fine, but to flat out lie and not take responsibility is highly unprofessional. The whole experience was just shady. If you can go somewhere else to get work done on your car, do it. Even if you have a drive a little out of the way.

Benchmark did a great job installing a new radio for me. I was able to go to the store and pick from a good selection of units that would fit my car. Tim, Nick, and Carl were all very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Overpriced and terrible return policy. Speakers were triple the price compared to other sellers. Small and strict return window where they keep half the money without even opening the box.

I had new speakers and a subwoofer hooked up, they did a fantastic job, along with providing great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome. The guys there were very helpful on helping me find the perfect size subwoofer for my jeep. It is a little pricy but they do not over price anything they sell.they have very good products and workers.very great place for buying your stereos and subwoofer. They did a very good job with the installation too. 5 stars
