I’ve been getting my brows done from Massiel and she does an amazing job. She is so sweet and always recommends great products. She also listens to the way I want my brows to be and provides an amazing experience. I definitely recommend her!

I had a brow lamination with Safiya levers today
The process itself is very easy and takes less than an hour. First, my brow hairs were brushed upwards with an adhesive. Then, a softening lotion was applied to relax the hair cuticle, and a technician groomed them into my optimal brow shape. That was left on for 10 minutes. After that, a fixing lotion was applied for another 10 minutes to lock in the new directional hair pattern. After the fixing lotion was removed, a nourishing serum was brushed on as the last finishing touch to hydrate and condition the brow hairs
Overall, I would recommend brow lamination at benefit brows with Safiya
She is very good, kind with her client.

First let me say the shop is cute and everyone was nice and welcoming. However, I’m sad to say that overall I did not enjoy the final outcome of my eyebrows. I showed my attendant a photo of what I’m used to and I wish she would have been upfront and direct and let me know that my eyebrows would not look like what I’m used to having. Instead, she just asked me what color I am. She didn’t tell me that until AFTER my appointment, I won’t ever be able to get that type of look at Benefits. I do commend her for recognizing that I was not satisfied bc she asked me was I ok and it didn’t look like I was happy.

Had she been more direct and told me from the beginning like hey your brows are not going to look this here. I could have made an informed decision and went elsewhere. I thought I could manage with the look but I’m so dissatisfied. I paid $49 for brow tint and wax - $26 for a brow pencil that broke off as I’m using it today and still tipped $8.84 bc I know how hard beauty professionals work.

I’m highly disappointed after spending almost $85 and not being happy. I’m sure other people can and will have a better experience but I did not. This is not to bash the place but I wouldn’t come back.

Update-
Olga, the store manager, called me. Working with corporate was an absolute nightmare but Olga is fantastic. She was so kind & apologetic. The tech who did my lamination does not normally work at this location & will not be back. Olga assured me her normal techs are the best of the best. I believe her because when I arrived at the store there were 3 other people who were somewhere in the middle of the lamination process & 2 of them were still processing while I was leaving. The one who left while I was still there said "see you in 8 weeks" to her tech. It seems like the normal techs do take their time & allow the lamination to fully process. Unfortunate experience but it does seem to be a fluke.

I had 2 eyebrow laminations at the West Village location. They were amazing experiences. I had a lamination done at this location & the experience was HORRENDOUS. My tech spent the majority of my appointment trying to sell me other products until I finally had to firmly tell her to stop. Once she realized she wasn't going to be making any additional money off of me, she completely rushed through the appointment. She wiped the product off of my eyebrows before the timer went off! The lamination did not work on my eyebrows because she did not let them process correctly. Benefit is REFUSING to refund me my money. Photos attached are of my previous lamination & this lamination. They speak for themselves. This was also supposed to include a wax but it was the worst wax I've ever had. Again, the photos speak for themselves- you can see the stray hairs everywhere

This was my first time here and I was excited to work with a professional on my brows that I grew out for like 3 months. I was late but I called beforehand to make sure I will can have someone work on me, which they did. Thank you for that. I worked with Yuliya. She explained everything to me in detail which was great but when she handed me the mirror, I was iffy. I told her my brows did not look right - left side thicker than the right side. She told me it was because of my sparse hair on my right side and kept slightly fixing my right side. I didn't to keep her any longer since more people showed up and I thought maybe I need to fill in my brows to look right. I did that later at night and I can definitely see the unevenness. Left side is thicker and slightly higher than my right side. Now I have to spend more money to get someone to fix it.

Love coming to the Benefit Boutique! Artanae took great care of me and my eyebrows look amazing. I will for sure keep coming back here!

Such lovely brow laminations! I’ve now had my seventh brow lamination, and i cannot imagine not getting them done. Artana has done a great job with my laminations and has been so kind.my brows love her!

I usually do my own brows but will stop by Benefit every once in a while as a treat/for a special occasion. Super straightforward booking procedure and the sweetest technicians.

I went to see Massele for the first time on Wednesday.she did an amazing job on my brows. I had a tint and wax done. She change the shape of my brow, so I look less surprised. She taught me how to care for my brows she was truly sweet and took her time, even though she was booked back to back for the rest of the day.she made my brows look so natural and soft. I will never see anyone else. She gets busy really fast book your appointment.

I've been here twice and seen two different people and both have been super attentive and friendly. I had brow lamination and lash tint the first time, then brow wax, and lash tint this time. Fabolous each time. Can't fault them at all!
