17Terrible! If you want to wait outside for 30-40 minutes go ahead. This is second time they telling me it will arrive in 10 minutes and I waited for more than 30 minutes. Okay, first time I thought maybe they were very busy, but second time they were just careless. Yes it will arrive in 5 min, and nothing! I had scheduled an appointment for my kids, they called me several times I arrived 30 minutes later for appointment. I will never use again, thank you!
I took there cars a couple of times oh my God every car smelled like death don’t the drivers bath I had my head out the window like a dog the car smells so bad and they drive sloppy never again the worst and they don’t understand English
If you want to get to your destination safely, I would reconsider this company. The driver was very reckless, speeding, and swerving. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster and almost had to vomit. I am still nauseous after getting off my ride. This was the first time that I ever feared for my life in a car. When he came to pick me up, the car was partially on our driveway curb. The only pro is that he arrived on time and got me to the airport fast. Never again.
They got me where I needed to go I had more than a few chardonnays and need fast pick up and delivery and they came thru. I also left my phone in the vehicle luckily one of my Family was able to reach the service I was able to get my phone back in one piece it wasn't cheap but they did everything they could for me. As a customer I really appreciate this from a cab service although if they ever try to hold your things like a bag or bags before payment like my driver did do not I repeat do not let them tell you what you can do.
This is the worse car service, I requested a car for my mom so they could pick her up from dialysis. While I was on the phone with the dialysis place they where calling me to tell me they where outside. I pick up and told them ok. They waited like 5 minutes and my mom didn’t come out so they call me back and the lady the call didn’t even let me talk she said that she will be blocking my number from they service so I can’t request them anymore. She didn’t even let me tell her that my mom wasn’t feeling well and the place was going to call an ambulance. I WOULD NOT! Recommend this service to anybody. They the worse car service no wonder they loosing service.if I could be give them 0 star I would but the website doesn’t let me.
I've had several bad experiences with this company over the years. I just called and asked if it was possible to get a cab to JFK in an hour. The answer was "no", then the person on the other end of the phone hung up.
My wife is a Russian speaker so I have witnessed first hand that this company will only help you if you speak Russian. And even if you do they'll be extremely rude about it.
They're an awful company that is staffed by miserable old people who have no idea that they’re in a customer service job.
Every time I need a car it is always on time, plus the drivers are nice and the price is reasonable Would recommend this place to anyone who needs a taxi service in Brooklyn
Horrible dispatch. Called to order a car and the dispatcher yelled at me and dropped the call before I even had time to give him the address. Second time I called he was very rude and dropped the call as soon as I said the address when I wasn't done talking. The driver was nice and polite but the dispatcher ruined the entire experience as if his only job isn't to accept calls and arrange car rides.
Responsible and reliable. (home to airport). Disappointing they di not take reservations on return (airport to home). Had to call my backup car service
This company has the WORST drivers. I just asked driver about the fair and he yelled at me for no reason. They will ruin your day with their extremely rude behavior. I’ve never had this bad experience before.
Driver was quiet through out my ride. The car that he came to pick me up creaked at every stop (sounds of breaks needed) the information center of the car was not even working at every bump it would give a glitch. Felt unsafe in that car which you can't tell unless your on the inside.
I have been using this car service many times, drivers are always nice and cars always clean. Yes, it's not those top notch car, but I think this is what make it unique, it's like our neighborhood mama and papa store for car service. I use Uber too, but compare to Uber, I prefer mama and papa car service like this one.
My 97 year old father and his support person had to leave the car he called for after the driver complained that my father had a bad smell and then proceeded to curse and use abusive language to my father’s support person after she criticized the driver’s behavior. I called them to complain about the driver and all they would say is they would tell the owner but would not commit that the owner would contact me and let me know what, if any, action the company takes against this driver.
They have been rude in the past, so I switched to Uber/Lyft. After many years, I thought I should give it a try again. Uber/Lyft have taken lots of their business. Maybe now they would be better, but still the same old rude people. I am back to Uber/Lyft again.
I used to use this car service very often, but there were so many issues that I discontinued and will never ever get a ride with them again. The dispatcher is always very abrupt when taking calls, the cars never arrive on time. When you call the base, 10-15 minutes after the scheduled pickup, the dispatcher yells and hangs up the phone!
Worst cab service ever! Car smells like cigarettes. They drive 10 in a 45. Speak no English. Cursed at me cause I told him I was in a rush. And he wanted to put the address in gps. Texting on phone and driving in traffic
Worst customer service. They are nasty & I have been cursed out by the dispatcher twice already. It's a shame because they used to be very reliable
