I never was a fan of Dental work. But once I came to Bensonhurst Dental all of that changed. I was seen by Dr. Geoffrey and Dr. Marina. Although every member of the staff is very welcoming and all around amazing. They make you feel like family. Their attention to detail is unmatched! I’d recommend them to anyone. Can’t thank them enough for my amazing smile transformation.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting veneers done by Dr. Daniel and his team at BDC. The staff was amazing, and the office was so clean and welcoming. They even offered me a delicious smoothie before my appointment!

Dr. Daniel is a true perfectionist and made sure that every detail of my veneers was just right. The results have been truly life-changing for me, and I feel more confident than ever before.

Angie, who is the first person you meet when you arrive, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She consulted with me and made sure that all of my needs were met. The entire team was behind me every step of the way.

I've looked all over for a great dentist and my daughter decided to get veneers so she did her research and decided to go to Bensonhurst Dental. She came home ranting and raving that she had never been to such an inviting place and said she wanted me to go the next time with her to get some work done on my teeth. I went today and was greeted by Julia who was so welcoming. I was then taken to Angie who consulted with me on what I needed to be done. She was a breath of fresh air as she didn't try to push anything on me. She just wanted to know what i wanted to have done and quoted pricing for me. I was then taken to have x-rays and was seen by the Hygienist Elisa who I found was great at what she does. I was greeted by Daniella one of the dental assistants.who stayed by my side the whole time making me feel like I was the only person there. She talk to me and made me feel really comfortable. I was then greeted by Dr. Maria who looked at my mouth and gave me options on how I could fix my teeth to give me a better smile. Ledi another dental assistant came into the room to do a scan of my mouth to send out for processing she was amazing as well. Dr. Geoffrey seem to be very meticulous and like things done to perfection. From the time I walked in the door until I walk upstairs to walk out this group of people made me feel they care about me, my mouth and how I felt coming into their establishment. More to come as I have a process to be completed. At this time I would recommend Bensonhurst Dental with out reserve.

What a fabulous dental experience. Came for a cleaning and a whitening, left with having met the lovely team and excellent dental hygienist and of course, Dr. Daniel R. From spa towels to Netflix to smoothies (light ones for my white teeth, obviously, this place has everything. I look forward to coming back.

I am not one to write reviews for things, whether positive or negative. However, I could not leave the experience that I have had these past couple weeks go by without leaving a mark for others to know. After thinking about the process for a while, I decided that I wanted a smile makeover to improve my smile, as that first smile impression goes a long way. After researching many cosmetic dentists, and with my impeccable taste and high standards (if I don’t say so myself) I filled out a consultation form with Bensonhurst Dental to start the journey. When they say some people just click, it really is true. Dr. Daniel’s patient coordinator Angie called me the next day and after our conversation I could not have been more comfortable with having my smile reinvented by Dr. Daniel. She had listened to all my concerns and time constraints and whatever she could do to help me in any way possible she did. She is with you throughout the process and is your first advocate for the best smile in the world. From the moment you pull up to their office, the attentiveness and professionalism of all the members of their team cannot go unnoticed. No matter how many people are in the office or what is going on around you, they make you feel like you are their only concern while you are there and whatever you need, they will make happen. Dr. Daniel and Dr. Marina, although they are top dentists, are artist. They will meticulously and artistically create the most perfect and individualized smile for you, down to every specification and detail that will blow your mind. I cannot tell you how many people don’t believe that these are not the teeth I was born with, because they look so lifelike and natural. No concern is too big or too small, as they will not let you walk out of their office unless you are 100% satisfied. I cannot thank the staff enough at Bensonhurst Dental, from Dr. Alex, Luke, Jo, Ty, and many others who were all a part of my smile journey and now a new part of my dental family. The bottom line is, if you are looking for impeccable service, genuine staff, and authentic artistry, this is where you need to be. THANK YOU!

Please save your money and do your research. Don’t get sucked into there social media hype. They completely ripped me off. Everything they “fixed” is back to the way it was. I wish I never chose this place. When I called the office about my concerns no one ever called me back. They just care about money and not the patients.

Breaks my heart to write this, as the docs & staff here have been amazing, but what happened to me absolutely isn’t.
I was injured several years ago, including my jaw fractured in several places, one compound, and multiple teeth shattered. I came to Bensonhurst after seeing reviews and videos, knowing at least one root canal from the injury needed to be redone. After an exam I met with the woman in the schedule & payment office, & went over what was needed. I paid a couple thousand up front and financed the remainder with their credit supplier. At the time I asked Numerous times & ways if the cost covered the entire root canal and crown, which made sense that it would, as the cost was right along with other estimates I had received calling other offices. I wanted to be sure, as she had already made it clear the credit company doesn’t do increases for at least 6 months. It was not only confirmed to be all covered, but the appointments were made, including for the crown (They will not schedule unless you’ve made payment arrangements for that procedure). After the root canal was completed I was told to go meet with her again. At this point I was told she never said the crown was included, and I would need to pay an additional $3k. I explained over and over that I had confirmed the crown was included and the appointment made, but was repeatedly told that didn’t happen. She left the office and returned, stating the dentist would allow her to schedule the crown appointment, but she would just do a temp filling until I could pay. As she goes to schedule the appointment, she finds the appointment Already Scheduled, exactly like I said, confirming my statements.
I arrive for that appointment & they begin taking an impression, so I assume they realized their mistake & were going to do the right thing. After the temp build up is done the dentist leaves to get what’s needed for the temp crown, but I soon hear whispers & see them pulling notes up in my chart. After about 25 mins the dentist returns, clearly annoyed (but was still kind about it) says I’m done & to go talk to the office again. I’m then told this temp build up will last until sometime in October, and to find the money before I return.
I’m a single parent. Not in the whiny sense, in the my ex husband & daughter’s father is how my face was broken, and he’s over $65,000 behind on child support. I don’t have some new boyfriend or husband that pitches in. I busted my butt to get to a point where I can solely support my kids, & save up to go to a dentist that doesn’t take insurance, knowing I’m a difficult case with my jaw issues. I cannot just come up with another $3k. I mentioned my daughters student loan coming in Oct while in the office, but the heck? That’s not what it’s for, & I would be putting myself in a hole if I do that. The best part was being told they gave me the receipt that didn’t list the crown. What? ! The itemized portion is in dental shorthand, I have Zero clue what the abbreviations & all mean, that’s why I Asked Repeatedly! I, word for word, asked “this definitely covers everything that needs to be done with the tooth? ”, and was told Yes!
If I hadn’t been Very Clearly told the initial cost covered the entire root canal & crown, & the appointment made, I would have added the additional amount into the credit loan, which now can’t be done. Bottom line, I now have no way to pay for this additional cost, & have a temp build up that will start degrading in another month or so. All because their office confidently provided inaccurate information & Scheduled The Appointment.
Every time my tongue hits the flat temp material I feel instant anxiety knowing it’s going to fall apart & there’s nothing I can do about it. I understand that mistakes happen, and maybe she was misreading something, thinking of another patient, who knows, but the reaction makes it feel like a scam, & just really stinks. They’re all incredible people, however, what’s happened is awful. I’d still recommend them, but have a Multiple people confirm what your paying for.

Amazing journey I’m having the most comfortable dentist visit I ever been in my 45 years on this earth every body hates the dentist lol but now I’ll go wit confidence I’m comfortable I ain’t scare of no needles lol

I don’t even know where to begin on how amazing my experience was at Bensonhurst Dental. The minute I walked into the practice I immediately felt like I was family. Before meeting Dr. Daniel and the team - I’ve had braces 3 times. I was always insecure about my gummy smile, how much my teeth flared out (braces couldn’t correct it unless I had permanent teeth extracted) and the shape of my teeth did not match my face at all. Coming here was the best decision I have ever made. Thanks to Dr. Daniel and his amazing team - I was given the smile I’ve always dreamed of without needing braces again. I no longer am insecure about my gummy smile and flared out teeth. They went beyond my expectations and their keen eye for detail and perfection blew me away. Working with Dr. Daniel, Dr. Marina, Dr. Geoffrey and team was an absolute blessing. I can’t thank them enough for not only changing my life and restoring my confidence but for making my experience one to to remember for a life time!

First of all I would say my experience was life changing. I had not an easy case and with my previous experience I am kind of gave up to have perfect smile. The result was way above my expectations! It’s healthy, incredibly beautiful and natural smile. Whole Bensonhurst team is top professionals. Plus they are suuuuch warm and caring people. I was searching for the right dental clinic for more than 3 years so 100% recommend them

Dr. Marina and the whole staff at Bensonhurst Dental are the best of the best. I have never experienced such a pleasant and fun and exciting place to be at (especially the DENTIST) I have gone to so many dental offices to fix my teeth and it has always been trial and error and I am so happy and blessed to finally have found THE BEST DENTIST and office. DR. MARINA is by far the most professional, experienced and amazing dentist I’ve ever come across. Not only is she a wonderful dentist but she is such a genuine and kind person who truly makes you feel at home like family. I am SOOOO happy with my new white and bright smile! My experience at the Bensonhurst Dental Care today was absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked in they took care of me and quickly assisted me with everything that I needed. I was then brought back to start with my cleaning and whitening with no wait! The hygienist did an amazing job and continuously kept on making sure I was ok and in no pain. Overall, my experience was so enjoyable, I even felt like I was at a spa with the great service! Will be going back for any dental concerns:)

I almost have no words for how happy i am with my entire experience with bensenhurst dental, but that wouldn't be me. For 15 years, due to genetics & bad dentistry, i thought i was going to be dealing with my two missing teeth for the rest of my life. My smile was never really a smile. It was a half smile, a hidden smile, a fake one. I was bullied about it. & I have aways been insecure about it. I have cried endlessly about how difficult it was on a daily basis to have this hanging over me. I have been embarassed to smile big.

The hospitality field is my passion. & it is extremely hard to not smile all day at guests or clients for sometimes over 12 hours a day. To feel confident in your people skills while worrying if you've smiled too big was a personal hell I've gotten used to. But i was tired. I am a happy person, a grateful person & i needed my smile back.

Fast forward to november 2021. The pandemic is dying down. Self love/care is at an all time high & so is self awareness. & thanks to my superhero mom i was able to get in this office. By this time I had watched the new smile videos for 3 years. But this time, I was determined to get mine.

I was scared. I was uncomfortable. I was hoping for the best but this wasn't new for me.

And then, i met dr. Marina. After that, the rest was history. The fear was history. I knew I was in hands that would care about me. & she did. Straight to the point, telling me what i needed like a mom would. I went from my skin crawling because of dentistry tools around me, to laughing & joking in the matter of 5 minutes. In 5 minutes she took years of a fear of uncertainty that has kept me from my smile & turned it into trust. Turned it into hope.

My next visit i saw Dr Geoffrey. This was the surgery. The last time i had a needle before this I passed out. But he waited until i felt comfortable & here came more trust.

Two 6 hour gum surgeries on different days. I didn't feel a thing sitting in that chair. What i do know is that i couldn't appreciate the detail more. My gums have never felt this good. Ever. Also, he debunked morning breath, its a lie, get your gums checked.

I have only had my new smile for a day. & it might take me a while to get used to changing all the habits i had when i had to worry. But I wokeup this morning & couldn't believe my reflection. Is this really my mouth? !

It is & I really cannot thank bensenhurst dental enough for their family oriented office & detailed care you give to your clients. I never once felt like i was around anyone who didn't have my best interests or feelings at heart. You didn't just give me my first real smile, you gave me my personality back. The one that was hiding under all those habits.

I'm so thankful that i followed through with this office & I wouldn't tell anyone to go anywhere else. Thank you so much to the entire team. You brought me back to life.

Amazing experience with my dents cleaning today with Elisa! She made me feel so comfortable and eased my anxiety! I can’t wait to get my gum lift and veneers! My dream come true! They are amazing and so nurturing!
