Jennifer Behm and her team worked tirelessly to enable my E2 Visa to be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Despite all the delays and issues as a result of Covid (with the US Embassy closed during lockdowns) Jennifer still managed to keep my application going. She was able to introduce me to a company who helped organise the business plan and a law firm who set up the US entity on my behalf. Therefore, as soon as the Embassy reopened I was first in line for my interview resulting in the E2 Visa being issued. This is the second visa that Berardi have arranged for me.
