I was amazed with my experience buying a shot gun from Beretta Gallery, NY City. Eduardo Vazquez sales associate reached me by phone, very respectful and very professional. He listen very carefully all of my request and found the best shot gun. I am impressed with excellent service of making sure that I get the best deal and follow through FFL transfer with my range and then provided shipment/ tracking number. Thank you for being so efficient and having such a positive attitude. As long as you are there, I will definitely shop with you & recommend my family and friends to shopping with you before going elsewhere.

I just called to to ask questions about some self defense options for myself and I got to speak to Anthony. He was so helpful and friendly. I would expect an experience like this with someone outside of the city not in the city. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this place.

Used to be a great store. Now staff downstairs is rude, non welcoming and condescending. Used to have a nice young lady and nice young man working there earlier this year. Don’t know what happened. They were very helpful when my family shopped in December and January. My guess is they were laid off due to Covid-19? ! The Gunsmith’s expertise is this place’s only saving grace.

Wow - not often you find service like that I received at a retail location these days. Ian Harrison was just incredible. He took the time even in these crazy Carnovirus times to explain and provide guidance to inform my purchase. He followed up with me and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Beretta location for firearm purchases.

Top notch store, has everything you need for hunting, shooting, etc. Great variety of different rifles and clothing as well! Would definitely recommend if you are into guns or hunting in general!

Wonderful staff, amazing selection of mid to high end Beretta Shotguns, clothing, accessories. Gunsmith on staff. Ernest Hemingway’s beretta from Finca Vigia’ in Miramar Cuba was on display. What a treat!
