One of my favorite stores! Visited the Jo Malone counter to purchase my favorite fragrance and received the best customer service from Edison! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Purchased 10+pairs of shoes a few weeks ago. So today I decided to return one pair. The Sales associate Poonam told me that I could return it if I don’t like it when I purchased it. She initially said that the shoe is returnable and she is the manager. Today she insisted that she didn’t say that, which she did. Also the manager (the Chubby Asian lady) is very rude and uneducated and it turns out Poonam wasn’t the manager. If it is not written as final sale on the receipt, then it is not.

I honestly love BG but what happened today and the inconsistency of information makes me think whether or not I will be spending anything, especially shoe here. I can spend the same amount of money at Saks Fifth Avenue and will not have this problem. Huge disappointment by Poonam and the chubby Asian manager.

Horrible experience in chanel. The scanning at customers up and down is so inevitable. I feel super uncomfortable with my experience. I ended up not getting anything with their attitude. People literally think working in high fashion makes them rich lol
If you can travel shop in Asia for brands I always have a much better experience

Beautiful store, everything is splendid, every detail is wonderful, you find the best things in this place.

Fantastic display of merchandise. Merchandising was wonderful and the bar was awesome. Great Manhattan. The bartenders were friendly and very attentive.

Anat introduced me to some beautiful perfume by Clive Christian and was very welcoming.
And so excited to purchase Aqua Allegoria by Guerlain. Gala was so helpful.

I went back 1/13 for a facial using GUERLAIN beauty products. It was one of the best facials I’ve had. Gala explained each product and when and how to use them. I could see the difference in my skin right away. I will be back for the day cream and overnight moisturizing mask.

We went for "high tea". Our server was awesome, but the sandwiches were a little stale. The tables were a little too close to each other, so sometimes it was hard to hear each other bc of the couples next to us.

It tastes very bad to write a bad review about this store because I really wanted to visit it since many designers and stylist friends have recommended it to me.

Yesterday I was finally able to visit the store and I was surprised to see that they had pieces of Schiaparelli. I went up to the 4th floor where the boutique is located. We spent a total of 15 minutes maximum in the boutique, 10 of them were completely alone with no one to help us at all. When a young boy finally appears, very poorly educated, who takes a bag that he was going to buy in a very bad way by our hands. He looks at us in a bad way and goes again to gossip with a partner.

At that moment I lost all the desire to buy in this store and clearly come back.

Teresa on floor 6 (swimwear/lingerie/hosiery) was phenomenal. We were there 10 days ago and had the best experience with her. She was so kind. Knowledgeable and extremely accommodating! Can’t say enough good things about her!

I had an issue with my order. Made a purchase online during their gift card event but they said I didn’t qualify for the gift card.

Update - They reached out and I received my gift card. Great customer service!

I would not recommend the GOYARD section in Bergdorf Goodman, the sales person in this section was rude. She should not be in sales.

I purchased a $2500 handbag for my wife on website. They shipped wrong bag. I returned it per their instructions a month ago and they have not provided a refund. Their customer service has been absolutely useless. They don’t read my emails where I provide tracking information etc. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid online transactions with this company.

12/16/23 update: Bergdorf investigated and finally refunded my money after one month of emails.

12/22/23 update: while the online customer service for orders placed on the web is horrible I want to praise the sales rep in the store in Manhattan who went above and beyond to help me. “Ky”, the sales associate in the Loewe handbag department in NY went into action when I contacted her and located the bag in another store. She had it shipped to her for review then overnighted the bag to me in time to give it to my wife for Christmas. I hope that Ky can be acknowledged. ️️️️️ for her!

While anything but practical, it's what remains of the 1980's excess. You will see things here prior to becoming mainstream - jewelry, fashion, accessories all under one roof. Spend a rainy day exploring this historical shopping locale, start at the ninth floor and work your way down - you won't regret it.

Very nice staff and good service we bought Christmas tree decorations for home. This was lovingly packaged and safe for transport.

This store is so nice! I love the home entire floor. They are so nice up there! And I love the ladies in the Chanel department. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I never wanted to leave!

Who doesn't love this store. La crème de la crème. Customer Service has been down through the years. It's sad because it's an iconic store. People who works there have the same attitude like going to walmart
