He was attentive, considerate and always professional. This home was in my family for decades, for generations so his kindness was always appreciated. We only listed for 5 days before accepting our successful offer. His guidance, experience and professionalism were above and beyond my expectations. On so many levels this is the agent you want to deal with.

Buyer and seller beware! This text message was sent nearly a year ago with no response! It saddens me that greed came before ethics and morals.especially during a global pandemic!

Laurel, truth be told, I find your business practices to be unfair given our current state of affairs and strongly believe consideration should’ve been given percentage wise. I sat here for hours having the house shown, contacting them before and after, explaining things to potential buyers, answering questions. You said you were a critical care nurse and I found you to be kind and caring when we met. The day of the showings, you not only raised your voice at me (for which you apologized), but then pushed for me to take. ’s offer because it was cash and would give you full commission. You did not act in my best interests. If you did, you would have strongly encouraged me to wait until ALL offers were received before deciding, not the other way around. If I had to do it again, I would not have listed with you. I asked for a measly. 5%-1% consideration and that wasn’t given. My home was listed for a total of 28 days. Also, ’s agent only received 2.5%? I’m disappointed and this is my feedback. Anyone I’ve spoken to finds your actions to be egregious.
