8They always say 10 mins for cab to arrive, never any shorter time and I’m there waiting like 15 mins each time. Then it’s like they ALWAYS choose the most horrible route. I was literally near my job and this driver wants to take me around the world and make me late.
Horrible service. The men that work here barely speak english. They also do not help if they see you struggling with two kids alone. One driver helped after i tipped the other i tipped and did not help open the stroller or put it in the truck for me and drove off talking on the phone.
Today was first time calling this company, I did it because of the reviews but I had a horrible experience! I called at 9: 30pm to request a pick up at 10pm after many calls to the base the driver showed up at 10: 22pm saying that the base never send a pick up request to my location! Horrible service, horrible company, horrible experience.
Disgusting attitude the man hung up on me 3 times after midnight when im.trying to get home.cause he didn't LISTEN to the address an thought it was the same after he got.rude he just continued hanging up as I called for a ride. They have no respect for women DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I decided to try this local service to take me to the JFK airport last month to AA For Miami. The experience was horrible from the beginning. I called ahead of time for the taxi to pick me specifically at
6 AM and the driver arrived 15 min early knocked on the door and hysterically hurried me because he was double parked. I became frazzled and handed him my suitcases and as a result forgot the last minute items I needed to bring with me!
In the cab the music was blasted to Spanish Hip Hop! 6 Am folks sheesh.
I asked him to please turn it down he didn’t hit a massive headache I couldn’t think of anything it was horrendous!
We get to the airport and AA is a long long stretch I have him the terminal number he didn’t speak English he kept saying up up up huh? What’s up up up! LOL I kept asking is this the right terminal? All he knew what to say was up up up! He practically threw me out
And here I was wondering around the terminal trying to find my way!
Horrible experience never again!
My suggestion hire people that Speak English so we can communicate! Be courteous and don’t blast music at 6 AM or any other time and be polite.
They are irresponsible, they say in 7 in 7 minutes and nothing arrives, the receptionist comes out more brava, I recommend you not to call this service
