Great establishment for most of your electronic needs great deals on most products OPEN BOX is awesome discounts on top of discounts! Yes please! Staff is always willing to help with any questions no matter how dumb they may seem they are always happy to answer them. Super knowledgeable every time i come here I learn something!

Everything went well - we were shopping for a new Apple computer, and all staff members were friendly and quite helpful.

Although it specifically says they repair TV's under 42" on their website. I booked an appointment noting that's what I needed only to be told by the gentleman from the geek squad that they don't do that. To waste more of my time he referred me to another place which I called and they also do not repair TV's. Thanks a lot palisades mall best buy.

Store was nice and spacious, everything was as neat as a retail store could be. Staff was friendly and professional.

I ordered something for curbside pickup that I needed and they notified me when it was ready to pick it up at about 6: 40 pm. Mind you they close at 7 I got there speeding around 7: 05,5 min after the closing time and managed to step inside where all the employees were standing around. There were a few customers still paying for items. They wouldn’t let me just pick up my items and be on my way.

I visited this store on 1/6/21 to purchase a laptop. The woman for the computers was with another customer. I was then approached by Ken he helped me look in to the laptop that best fit my needs. The laptop I initially came to buy wasn't in stock. Ken then attempted to order it. The computer was completely sold out. Ken wasn't knowledgeable of the laptops it wasn't his section. He was great though. He didn't just leave me standing around. So I appreciated his attempt. He advised me to wait for Sherri. Sherri was great she help me find another laptop with the specs I was looking for for a great price. She was extremely knowledgeable of computers and what was needed to get the job done for me. That computer was also wasn't in stock in store but she was able to order it and have it shipped to my home within 2 days. She even sold me a great tech plan in which I've already utilized twice she had some great selling points. If you go into this location to shop for a computer definitely ask for Sherri

Visited store to use its Geek Squad service. Found associates of Geek Squad to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Covid guidelines strictly enforced.

Had the greatest experience at this location in Nyack. Outstanding customer service by Mr Singh one of the consultant. Took his time to explain and review all my concerns, professional & knowledgeable.
Definitely I'll return to this particular location, keep up the great work!

Ticket price was different than that came up at the register. I know that happens from time to time, but the way a situation like this is handled matters. It was handled quite poorly at this bestbuy.

Took a little while to get help at computer section but otherwise it had everything I was looking for.

Great store has everything from computers to the latest version of tv sets. Ink cartridges, head phones, printers, fax machines and much more. Very helpful staff. And quite knowledgeable.

Clean store and friendly staff but very overpriced. I went in to purchase a 10ft HDMI cable. They wanted $60+ for one so I decided to to look elsewhere. Found one on Amazon for $10- and it arrived without delay.

Very upset with this store. Overpriced and under appreciation "Geek Squad" will be a while til I go back.

I went in to check out laptops. This is a nice location, and the staff and security were friendly and courteous.

Their assistant store manager a well built guy named Christopher Saeed (with tatoos all over his arms) is a nasty guy.
I went to their store twice and each time he was extremely rude and aggressive to his employees. I was so embarrassed by his demeanor.
I'm never going to give that Best Buy branch my business again.
I wish I could give them zero stars.

The selection is good and the people are attentive enough. I don't enjoy being overwhelmed with people while I shop, but if I needed help finding something, there's always an associate within earshot to point me in the right direction

Nice shopping experience. I was looking for 2 different inexpensive cable adapters for my computer. Although only one was in stock, a store employee made a suggestion for an alternate method to achieve the same result which proved to be the case. Checkout time was very short.
