If anyone wants to purchase latest gadgets he can go and buy it.
They have all the latest gadgets but sad part was that I did not find any good deal in it.
So I will not recommend you to go there if you are looking for a good deal.

The experience with so much different than the rest that I almost cried. 23 23rd Street is always very professional and polite to everyone I see that they have any dealings with. As well as 14th Street I almost have shopping at Best buy until I went to these locations because shopping at 44th will make you hate Best buy with the passion but it's not the company it's the sprinkles of people that needs to be cast away. I even upgraded from the Amazon tab and got Samsung.

They had the air conditioner that I had Tried To Order Online but my payment wouldn't go through. So since I live in the area I walked over to the Best Buy on 23rd and 6th. Went in the same air conditioner was there a clerk came right over to assist me. We did the transactions and it will be delivered tomorrow with Free Delivery. I was in and out in less 15mins.or so. Such a Pleasure and the person who took care of me Was Really Nice, Professional and Courteous.

So thankful for Best Buy in Chelsea’s General Manager, Yalinda, for being so understanding when we came back with a TV we had just purchased that we found to be damage upon opening up the box.
We were so worried that the issue would not be able to be resolved but once we were able to speak with Yanilda, all was well!

Thank you Best Buy for believing us! You turned our frowns upside down.

The representative that assisted me in acquiring a watch was amazing, Quay was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my many questions. Made it easy and I was happy. The store was extremely clean and tidy.

Poor service. Nobody to help at the WiFi section, asked several assistants who said they'd send people to help, but nobody came after 15 minutes. Because the location read basement, but no phone signal so couldn't check out the Internet to see Bestbuy carried what I needed. There was supposedly Bestbuy WiFi, which didn't connect. Overall, a poor experience. I was willing to spend a few hundred dollars, but they didn't want my money.

I was looking for a wall mount for my flat screen TV. I was able to find it here for under $60. They have everything here from stereos to TVs, washers and dryers, refrigerators and stoves. You can find DVDs and music CDs here as well. They also have computer accessories, monitors, laptops, desktops and printers. Phones for the house and surveillance cameras for home security. I don't think there is a thing they do not have that you can't find here.

Hidden best buy in town. I bought a laptop for 1/3 of his price. The laptop was open box and had just one small scratch. I bought it and I am really happy with it!

The service was outstanding! I was able to find what I needed and got great feedback on the item from employees. The cashier had great customer service, aswell as the one who helped me.

Showroom/displays are in the basement (like going down into the subway). Store seems like it had every kind of tech you might need, though it isn't laid out very well, and isn't as big as other Best Buys.

Always a nice place to buy electronics, especially if you don't have that much money for a laptop you and find some clearance product in pretty good condition

Bought a surface pen for pickup, package came empty. Went back and they took care of it. Little out the way but problem was resolved which is the most important thing.

If this store doesn't have it - hop over to 14th street and vice versa - pretty good service if you go off-peak.
