Great electronics store. I bought my iPad Air 4 with Apple Pencil over there (bought it online and picked it up 1 hour later). Service is great.

Much cleaner compared to their old location across the street. Friendly staff always ready to help.

They have the inventory to see and test but it's a stressful experience around the holiday time. Staff is good but def do homework beforehand if you have specific technical questions.

6, six people in the mobile section.extremely disappointed how they looked at me, and the time it took for me to get their attention.they were too busy looking at the schedule and complaining about the holiday hours.mean time, a girl with a cart full of best buy items (worker) decided to scream to a customer because he said "excuse me" while he was trying to buy an item.her response: I'm working don't touch my cart.very disappointed. Best Buy has better customer service than this.

Cool store, staff no no, you have to practically beg them for help, customers are the king not the other way round please.

The store looked old, the service was very poor and the display items were not presented in a manner that made a customer want to grab them off the shelf.

Very good New York sales team who answered all my questions and tried to hustle me into buying a Office365 product that I already had. The computer I bought from them was a dud and now I have to take it back and get it exchanged. I would say, not the 'best buy' I had hoped for.

Not very good selection. I went there to see the latest versions of some ultrabooks, but many were missing (e.g. The latest versions of the xps13 or the x360)

Service was horrible. 6 staff member were just standing around talking about the Yankees and Mets. Another staff member was hiding talking on his mobile phone. No one asked me if I needed help. This is the worst case of unprofessionalism at a bestbuy. I would expect that from a store in the “hood”. But I literally could not believe my eyes. I just went there to buy audio cables. Not one person budged to assist me with my needs. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at bestbuy. Considering shopping else where. Refuse to deal this type service.

Black Friday is the best day/week to purchase a new Cell Phone @ Best Buy store, due to the Fantastic deals!
Excellent Best Buy 5th Ave NYC store associate, who transferred my data/apps via SmartSwitch from my Samsung Note 5 to the New Samsung Note 8 device on Black Friday, 24-Nov-2017.
The Samsung Note 8 cell phone was originally $936.00 less the $350.00 Best Buy Black Friday Promotion = $586.00 spread out over 24 months = $24.41 per month + tax on the Verizon Wireless bill.

I traded in my Samsung Note 5 on Black Friday, and got a $121.00 Best Buy Gift Card right away, which I used same day to put towards Taxes and Accessories for the Samsung Note 8 cell phone.
