Refrigerator delivery was excellent. The men who delivered were professional, helpful, patient and efficient. The new Amana refrigerator is a delight.
Not one person is willing to help. One employee was playing video games, another just pointed in the direction of what I was asking for help with and the last simply guessed features the product had and was completely wrong. They ended up having the product I wanted, but I went to PCR down the road since I refuse to give them my money.
I personally can't see best buy existing another 5 years with this kind of customer service.
Love the in store shopping experience, the young man that took care of me was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. If everyone is like him, I highly recommend this location
I got there 3 mins to closing for a pick up and the customer service was outstanding. He pointed me in the right direction and I picked up in 2 minutes.
Visited this location for a PS4 controller. I was greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction.
Their customer service is great. Recently went in to pick up my laptop that was shipped out for repair. The guy that assisted me was very helpful.
The only con is they have to ship equipment out and it takes 4-6 weeks for repair. Which was unpleasant for me.
Very bad experience, order an item to be delivered the same day because staff asure I will get same day and it never arrived. Got in contact with a sells rep wich switch the order to pick up at a store 30min out my way and to my surprise the item was sold to someone else. Simply bad
Thankfully they had everything I was shopping for, the only thing I would change is having more associates on the floor and how unsafe everyone was bunched up on the checkout line, I tried to stay 6 feet apart but most people weren't and they didn't have anyone to enforce it. People were also walking around without masks despite signs to enforce it. This location is far better than other locations I've been to, I just hope they can be more proactive to keep there customers and staff safe through covid.

Xbox died, bought a new one as it was an "emergency" (LOL), staff were helpful and sold last one with a bit of information that was helpful to my wife who had no idea which to buy.
Went in to find a usb cable to charge my phone.besides the dact that the shelves were sparsely stocked.all the staff (3 people) in the phone section of the store were all gathered around hanging out, joking, and clearly not helping anyone. It was like I was a problem asking them for help.
Staff was clueless, I had an argument with employee, I said I needed something else as this wouldn't do the job,
Well I had to go back and return it.
A satisfactorily clean and efficient Best Buy; my only complaint (and this applies to most Best Buys) is that hard copies of multimedia (movies, music, video games) seem to be neglected, often disorganized and a mess, unless they're the newest releases that are at the front of the store and face the most customers.
I can always find what I'm looking for or ask for help. They are always there to help. There web site is a great way to see what's on sale, as while as, what's new. Best store.
I had to wait to be helped. Not enough staff for the store. Great selection but you need to do research before going to store.
The Bestbuy here is a little bigger than others. I also want to support Bestbuy more than online stores. I have also gotten very small things here usually get the bigger things like my TV from the Store in White plains. I don't believe I have seen the layout change and some items on shelves are very low stocked. The thing is they are also always willing to do a price match for me and even look up other retailers prices. For that I say WELL DONE
Great service, the sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. However it is an expensive store.
