I was looking for an electric scooter, and they just send me from one side to another, and at the end they can't finding. So this time was not the best visit. Bit unusually they are pretty helpful.

Went there for a new computer i needed for school, a guy named michael nieves helped me out and was so nice and patient.if you go to the best buy on northern ask for michael he was a great help

I needed to replace my Fathers bedroom his screen seemed to have burnt out. I searched the internet sites of BJ's Wholesalsrs, PC RICHARD'S, Walmart. I found some televisions that may have worked nicely. Since my Father is older I felt increasing the screen size would help him to see the TV without wearing his glasses. I went to each store saw the products checked the features, HDMI amount Of connectors, screen refresh rates and pic pixels. I found the two individuals in the Electronics smart T. V. 'sto be friendly and helpful. They showed me a couple of models that met my description and price point. Purchased a TCL 43" 4K 2160 SCREEN Size. My father is happy with the choice. I'm pleased with the service, cost and the video on the TCL T. V.

My first bed review ever. I already explained to the Best Buy corporation what I had really bed treatment from the sells person Jhon or Michael (he lied about his name when I asked him) and I would never ever go back to that store (Northern boulevard Astoria).
I did purchase my phone with an another lady after all which was way more knowledgeable and nicer. Credits for her only, Meryan (her name)

My visit to this Best Buy was a really good experience. The hosts were very welcoming and the store had a very cool layout. I would recommend this store to anyone seeking Tech goodies and good products.

Do not try to get your Apple products repaired at this location. Made a reservation, traveled to the store, even saw my name/reservation on the screen hanging above their Geek Squad desk—but was told they couldn’t make my repair because it was “too late” despite their store still being open for 2 more hours, and despite me having made an appointment well in advance. They had days leading up to this to contact me to reschedule for a more convenient time for them yet never did, so I lost the time it took me to go to and from their store, and still have no repairs to show for it. An absolutely awful way to handle customers and this Best Buy will never get any business from me again.

My experience here was nothing but great, it was my first time buying a phone at a best buy and I received the best help and quality customer service by michael nieves. He went above and beyond to assure that my experience was as best as possible. Definitely recommend asking for his help specifically!

4 stars because customer service always resolves my issues. But one star off because I can never find a staff member to help me with my purchases. It almost seems like if your not buying a phone or something really expensive they won't even look your way. Which is really frustrating because best buy was known for there knowledgeable floor staff but from my last few experiences it doesn't seem that way. Due to a recommendation I had to return an item, I was better off just doing the research myself and just going in to pick up the item.
