I went there's on Thursday to look for ️ink color model 62 and black 62 But they don't even have any one in stock and I asked the the associate if they have any PlayStation and the associate if
thesaid we don't we don't carry play station 4. And I heard that WalMart has bought t you out that why your don't have anything the.

Reasonable prices & helpful staff except for the stereo guy. He walks away from you. But you can't compare to B& H.

Decent size store which usually has everything I need to see, but sometimes the display models or kiosks are outdated or not working (specifically for video games)

Staff very helpful. Return wasn't a problem and the experience was so nice that we bought another TV there.

Don't go by anything they send you in E-mail! I was sent an extra 10% off deal for my birthday, at checkout I showed the employee the email on my mobile we had a few issues before the purchase was completed. So I didn't check at that moment if everything went threw the way it was supposed to. The next day I double checked and noticed that the 10% which would have paid most of the tax on a $1,399 Sony Tv. So I called and spoke to customer service that tried to help. But told me that she tried a few ways and didn't work! I was told to go back to the store of purchase. I went tonight they also tried and scanned it and tried a couple of different things to make it go threw and couldn't. I was told maybe that it was on sale and then read all the restrictions? After reading all the restrictions in which covered almost everything in the store and was told that a line almost at the bottom of it maybe a restriction on the purchase? I'm pretty sure that they lost a customer! For this BS!

Poor experience, poor customer service. Had to go back and forth from home to store to get what I paid for. Three days wasted and hundred dollars later still unsatisfied. Won't back.

Went there to get my son am laptop, great deals clean place, only thing theres no bathroom, u have to use target.witch is stupid.

Went in there to get one thing left with about 5 after speaking to some of the employees, also signed up for the Best Buy credit card now I get 5% back on everything I buy or no interest which is not bad because most credit cards only offer that for a short time.

Wonderful service. One item bought works great. The new gas stove should be delivered and installed in 1 week and hopefully that will go just as well.

They give the price compare on online market. I always got unexpected discount. That's why I like to visit actual retail stores.

Worst Best Buy in the world! Customer service is horrendous, I don't know where they get there employees. For example, Lisette at the pickup counter said there were no more items of the product that I came for. I looked around the store and there were tons of them in there designated area. She didn't even bother to look. Her response to me was go to another Best Buy location to get this item. Wow. One thing for sure, if you need help, don't go there.

Bought a Apple laptop for my sister and Adam helped us out! Such a caring and informing employee. I worked in retail so I know how annoying customers can be with so many questions but he was so attentive and humorous, great employee!

Very large store with decent prices—if you still go to stores for your technology. Salespeople were very friendly, but the store is kinda hidden inside this mall that doesn’t have any signs indicating where the heck it’s located.

The store is large, clean with a good selection and friendly, helpful staff. I would buy my electronics here. I recommend this store. The prices are good too.
