We got an amazing Bravia OLED TV. The color definition and everything is near real. You can feel like it is a window into a room; sharp, crisp and great audio.

I purchased a GPU here and someone else picked it up that wasn't in my name.they wait 30 minutes but it ended up taking 2 hours to investigate it and finally found out that the store associate gave the person who picked it up MY GPU and not his after checking CCTV footage. Despite waiting 2 hours and paying over 20-30 usd in parking, they didn't try to compensate or do anything for my time when I told them I had paid for parking since they told me it would be more than 30 minutes. What a joke of a place

Ordered online for in-store pickup. The website said it would be ready within 60 minutes, but when I headed to the store an hour I placed the order, the person at the pickup counter said it would be another thirty minutes.

After not hearing anything for an hour and a half, I checked again and they once again told me it would be another thirty minutes.

Finally, after waiting thirty more minutes, I finally said I was going home. The person at the counter said it "should" be ready by tomorrow morning.

Employees are always distracted talking among themselves or with their friends. Be prepared to wait around. It's very warm in there.

It was awesome, The best buy workers here jokes with you take no foolishness seriously. I'm talking about asking if you can buy a gift card with a gift card. Not my idea but someone I came with wanted to know

I have watched service here decline steadily to the abysmal experience I had today. I ordered an AC unit for pick-up, was told it would be ready in an hour. I got to the store and was told that it would take longer and that I should wait around for a follow-up e-mail. Many others were waiting around in dissatisfaction like myself.

Where do I start, the staff is not urgent or attentive to anyone, I waited for about 30 mins finally seen a rep and ask if he is available for the TV center he explained he is new so he won’t be of much help. After 10 more min I ask another rep if anyone is available he was dress in geek squad clothing he stated
“No not at the moment”, 5 min later a older guy in a wheel chair ask me if any one is in the area to help I told him I’ve been waiting for 30min and we won’t be able to find anyone. This is so sad, I was ready to get a new television because my kids broke mine and I couldn’t even get one person to answer some questions to help me. Spending 2500 dollars and the staff doesn’t even ask if you need help. About 3 weeks ago it was the same when I purchase a AC, very dismissive didn’t want to help and then tried to force us to get insurance in a condescending tone. Am not sure why I thought it would be any different.

Hold up, wait a minute! Hold up, wait 25 minutes to get through the line. Some yahoo decided to only have two registers open and the guests in line are as stupid as they are entitled! No, you don’t get to cut in line because you can’t read a sign or follow directions. Thank you! NEXT!

I bought a nintendo switch oled there. It works the wifi in the library but some reason my home wifi doesn't work. I guess they want me to play outside my online games. I bought a case there too. The worker there, Arliyah, hope I spelled her name right. She was helping me and listen to my story of how at target the same white nintendo switch oled didn't work in my home. Maybe there is something wrong with my home wifi. Anyway it is a upgrade to the nintendo switch lite I was using. I tried replacing the joystick but I think I damaged the wires and connections and it wouldn't turn on. So I upgraded to the oled. Costed about $402 dollars for the case and switch oled. The best buy store is huge and had many thing inside. Saw washing machines DVD, switch games near the back and laptops in the front.

Lack of staff! You seem to beg them for help to sell you something, you ask for help and you have to go to a counter to make a line, so that when you arrive someone with a bad attitude will tell you if there is one or not! I was asking about some Nintendo switch no one helped me. A few years ago it was an excellent store, I don't know what happened! I decided to buy them at target where i had a 100% better experience

I mean it's best buy you are gonna find good products here. The only thing I dont enjoy about this location is the awful customer service. It took almost an hour just to get a earbuds yesterday and the same time to get a laptop the day before. The customer service just needs to be better.

Expensive purchase for pickup made the night before was marked as 'picked up' a few minutes before the store closed which was concerning as I hadn't picked anything up yet and was unable to contact the store or corporate customer service til the following day, when I found out it's seemingly impossible to call or contact the store itself and corporate wasn't any help. So I had to physically go to even address the issue Best Buy had seemingly created.

Asked for a photo of the email I received showing my purchase as picked up from the night before but that was all. No explanation, but they retrieved one of what I paid for from the back (so, no point in ordering it for pickup in the first place), so whatever. Best Buy seems to think I needed a little extra stress, so they created some. How thoughtful.

Best Buy generally sucks, I try to limit my purchases and time there to as close to nothing and never as I can.
