Best Buy reviews
13Can we give this store 20 stars.the manager and staff is simply the best. My friend and I went there today and they went above and beyond.thanks a million
Surprising I must say I was attended to very promptly and in a kind and courteous fashion.
I say give it a whirl.
In such a big store, whether it is a mobile phone or a computer prototype that is out of stock and damaged, it seems that no one is in charge of managing it.
The attitude of the service staff is very bad, and the service quality is even worse. I will never shop here again
I even needed a chair to sit down because my leg and my knee was hurting terribly and they provided it for me very nicely!
Thank you most kindly!
It's the SkyView Mall. There's paid parking. It's not connected to the main mall. You have to cross the parking garage to get to the store. It kind of makes a person feel unsafe.
The staff were helpful.
The customer service was really, really bad. Then, when you got a chance to speak to someone, they didn't know what was in stock. They seem like they wanted to help their own people. Racism still lives, but why where we shop!
Parking is convenient. There are a lot of food here. You can buy 50 yuan of dried vegetables and meat in Chinese supermarkets and you can park for 3 hours.
Worst Best Buy. Inexperienced workers and doesn’t have as many items in stock as other Best Buy’s. Workers tend to make you wait or try their best not to help you.
Took me 20min wait on for a return and another 20min for a simple check out. Don’t know what’s going on in this store or it’s how bestbuy works in general now.spent so much time for something very simple which customer can just do one click on amazon for a purchase. Not gonna shop with bestbuy again, at least in this store.
I gave it a one star because getting to the store is crazy. You have to walk through the mall, through a busy parking lot. Know which floor to enter from the parking lot. Too much work. It's like it stuck in the corner of no where
Besides finding the store in maze of stores which are all located individually, the place is nice administrated. Not very busy, so you're in and out quickly
Lots parking. The store was not crowded. Because of covid, it has been a long time that I didn't go to big shopping malls. The arrangements in the shop changed a lot. There are no longer big box desk top computers. The all-in-one computers are going out of popularity as well. I fined it a little surprise that the description about the products were in fine print. The words so small, I can hardly read it. Stores usually print bigger and clear to attract customers. Many electronic items marked SOLD OUT INSTORE AND ONLINE. If products were not available, why bother to display them? I checked online before I went there. Some items marked sold out or only a few available. I was hoping to find something similar but no luck. I sensed something was fishy. I think it was a sales tactic. Somehow, I don't believe it is a temporary shortage. I think it is another kind of sales strategy to make us to have the urge to buy. Young people usually react that way. I prepared good enough money. But I didn't head for an expensive model. I went to another Best Buy and ended up upgraded my mine instead…
