Best Buy is awesome particularly the geek squad.they saved me money by fixing my old computer. They are always there and I have to say they are the best thing about Best Buy.

Really poor experience - went in to purchase an iPhone but their store rep who does activations for the day had left early. Went in the next day with a scheduled appointment only to wait 30 minutes more and still faced issues. The manager at the front desk isn’t very helpful and is super hands off and employees don’t own up to the tasks.

Understaffed. No clear proceedure for customers to get assistance. I went in to purchase a printer. I was directed to the right area. Everyone there was busy. I waited awhile, trying to get help or find the proceedure to do that. I eventually went back to the front. He said everyone in that department was busy. I asked if there was a waiting list. He took my first name. I asked if he knew how long it might be. He sighed and said, “Quite awhile. ”. I left.
