29I had an excellent sales associate named Manning I was unfamiliar with what is called a sound bar he educated me and I picked out the best purchase for my system thanks again for the patience and kindness and the knowledgeability that he was able to provide from me
Great service from the staff.had the option of choosing a better sound bar for my Tv, and got a much, much better one.
I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Best Buy, because they are promising to deliver a fridge to me for a month now. Our fridge broke and we bought one from Best Buy, the initial delivery was supposed to be June 8th and the fridge was bought in June 1st. They couldn’t deliver the first time due to the fact that they didn’t have enough manpower to move the fridge to the second floor. Secondary delivery was supposed to be June 16th, when they didn’t show up at all, no one called us or emailed us about the cancellation of the delivery. And the final delivery was scheduled for June 28th and they once again called us and asked us, what are we going to do if they don’t deliver the fridge, to which we just hung up at this point. I would never ever recommend buying anything from Best Buy, because the best they will do is keep lying to you about the fact that they will deliver the item you, which they end up not doing. I had to take 3 days off work and all of them for nothing, these guys couldn’t care the slightest about a full family sitting without a fridge for a month. The manager is lying to me, the delivery company XPO is their name by the way, never use them. I mean EVER. They called us and asked while laughing what would we do if they don’t deliver the fridge to us, basically they were taunting us at this point.
Mauricia Harry, the manager who works at the Staten Island location at 2795 Richmond Ave, never deal with that woman. Liar, dodges my calls and my emails, her coworkers transfer me to each other when I specifically asked for her. Don’t order anything from that Best Buy
Everything I needed that day they had in stock. The young lady who guided me to what I asked about was a pleasure to talk with!
Always minor problems they sold me dyer attachments that I had to drive back to store to return
Curbside pickup was quick and efficient. The man helped me load my purchase into my car and was careful.
Just got 250 back on my old iphone 6 to switch up to Note 9.and 25% on all accessories if you buy more than 3.
That beat T-mobile, they wanted to trade in for 90. Try to be loyal to bestbuy
I give Best Buy 5 stars mainly because there's not many "electronic" brick and mortar stores to peruse that allows you to see, hear and try items before making a decision, that offer pretty competitive pricing (and have sales that most times are best price), and they have a pressure free environment. No 5 minute up sales on insurance.
Too bad the sale of Recent Cd's are out but they still d.c. O havexa bin of mix classic at reasonable prices its a reasonable time of waiting to get help its clean well lot organized with options of things at a ok competitive prices

Visited the Geek Squad. Laptop had to be sent to their main service facility in Kentucky but the problem was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
I was in a total rush and i went in and got help withing mins and got all 5 items i needed and was paid and out within 10 mins thats the type of sercice i want not to mention lol this best buy always has alot of beautiful woman in it lmao customers and employees gotta love it. Great store
Well the product sells it self compare first then buy, kids there are busy.talking amougst them selves.its like a bother to them to ask how much an why should i buy an iphone or a samsung.its ok i did my research samsung wins.glad i did.no help there take ur money an run off.welcome to amazon an best buy go look then compare an shop.just dont buy here.sorry best buy just got to big for urself.
This location has awesome customer service. Store manager and wonderful lady at customer service desk went above and beyond to accept my return that was 1 day late. Thank you guys!
Have a lot of electronics but just the most common stuff or name brands that are extremely marketed
Pretty cool store and engage the employees if you need assistance because they might just avoid you unless we were playing involuntary hide and seek.
I remember at a time the management was really concerned with employees having knowledge of their products and making sure they have top quality customer service. That seems to not be the case as of late but still is a pretty nice store and is decently stocked. I usually order my products online but if that option it unavailable I am usually able to do a store pickup here.
For a more comprehensive selection prefer shopping at Manhattan's Union Square location, but this Staten Island location is a typical Best Buy experience.
I wonder how this store even makes any money. First, most associates are too busy chit chatting. Nobody is willing to assist you with choosing the product. Second, their main register was closed, the other one was busy for at least 1/2 an hour, as per associate working there. I literally had to walk around the store and beg the associates to ring me up.
