Where do I start? I'm label an Elite member and have just been treated like a peon with no Elite member. All I wanted to do was change my payment method and that was an ordeal that I never accomplished. Due to this I will be refraining from making Best Buy purchases for the foreseeable future.

Everytime i have shopped here the staff was amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and informative about their deals.

Very patient employees with an old cantankerous customer. But they were very nice! And I think I love my new earphones.

Excellent choice for the customer who would purchase anything from entertainment to communication.

I was looking for a specific ear plugs 4 an iPhone that my granddaughter needed Best Buy had it with the assistance of to sales clerk I quickly bought it and was out the store

The geek squad here is incompetent, disorganized and a waste of your time. Go elsewhere for repairs.

Best Buy the one I go on 86 St on Lexington Ave. The help there is great my last three visits I have no complaints my only complaint is l wish I the Cash!

Just went in to return something, I was the only one in line, but had to wait for the cashier to finish texting before she would help me. She finally put her phone down, right next to her so she could read it while doing my return. As I left, her and the other customer service cashier were back on their phones. Then was almost run into by another employee.on his phone.on my way out the door.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. I got what I wanted quickly and at a great price. This is now my first choice if I need tech gear.

Store is clean, and people are knowledgeable about the items in the store. I would go back again.
