Best Buy Wine & Liquor, Franklin Square NY

I used to go here every day- not anymore- the owner told me to " Make it quick, I am closing". Then lock your door and be closed. This person and his wife are the nastiest, ungrateful business want to be owners ever. A regular customer that spends $100 or more a week comes in at 7-59pm when they close at 8 is a problem for the business? I was going to give you money. Most business owners in todays economy would kill for repeat business. Make it quick? No problem buddy- there are 9 liquor stores in Franklin Square that like when customers come in to spend money. Oh and if you don't smoke- don't come here. These people hate customers so much they smoke in store- yes- in the store while watching tv on their cell phones and get really mad if you ask any questions. DON'T GIVE THESE PPL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY- THERE IS A LIQUOR STORE 2 CORNERS AWAY THAT APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS- THESE ARE THE TWO WORST WANT TO BE BUSINESS OWNERS EVER! THE OWNER IS SO STUPID HE WOULD RATHER ARGUE AND YELL AT ME FOR 3 MINUTES INSTEAD OF TAKING THE 45 SECONDS IT WOULD TAKE TO SCAN A BARCODE AND MAKE A SALE- THIS GUY WANTS A FIGHT MORE THAN A CUSTOMER-MORON

Wow this is my last time that I go this place the guy is so rude my daughter was very bad to go to the bathroom and the guy said this is not McDonald's to tell u to use the bathroom and I was asking for a favor and that was his answer so I left very upset with daughter because she was almost crying.

The guy at the front was so rude to an elderly man asking for help. I had my hands full and decided to put the liquor down and leave. I’d give zero stars if possible.

The owner is very personable and if you ask
They try to accommodate you!

The guy said we can only shop for 5 minutes and we were there for 7 minutes and told to leave. He was very rude and coughing a lot
