Best Cleaners - Glenville, Schenectady NY

This was my first time using this location, and I will definitely be back! Great customer service and a great price!

My dry cleaning has been sitting there for a few weeks now. The location is closed due to the COVID-19 PAUSE, so Best Cleaners called me to ask if I wanted them to deliver the order to my house. I had figured that they were going to just hang onto everything until this was all over, but they are being proactive. I appreciate that!

Horrible service. Won’t clean dry clean a comforter with puppy pee? And doesn’t take cash? Oh and only open 3 hrs a day now? Another business that will be going under.

I have a antique fur coat and needed the fur treated so it doesn't dry out. It takes a little time for the process so be sure to plan ahead! The coat came out beautifully, I will be taking it there again for sure!

I needed my 7 layer wedding dress altered within about 2 weeks and Bea made it happen! She was perfect! The gown fits perfect and it was a great price!

Just brought my curtain/drape swag curtains there and asked if they dry cleaned curtains. The young girl said they had to much dust/hair on them. I said isnt that what you do here? Clean them? Secomd strike, they also lost a belt to one of my dress winter jackets. I would not recommend them.

The peolpe were excellent and my experience was as well. My only issue was not knowing the cost of cleaning my coat. Sorry guys but you have to let us know how much things cost.

Love everyone at the glenville location. Bea is the best seamstress and so pleasant to work with. Everyone at the counter is always courteous and helpful. I'm there at least once a week to get shirts laundered. The service is excellent!

I feel that i was "ripped off". I brought in 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed and 3 pairs of shorts that needed small clipps in waist, my jaw dropped when she said " the total is $60.00. Then she gave me a $10.00 off coupon for next visit, realizing they charge too much, Anyway i will not go there again and i will make sure family and friends know it

Best Cleaners on State St.in Schenectady, NY, has a pleasant staff, clean drop off/pick-up area. Garments are ready on or before pick-up date. Would recommend.

Dropped off wedding gown in September. Pick up date was for October 23. After multiple calls between October and December, I was told about staff shortage but was at least able to view dress. Again told dress would be done/ready for pick up by December 12. Finally got an email December 27 saying my order was ready for pick up. Not acceptable. Still had to pay full price.

We have been using Best cleaners for a few years. They are always quick and do a great job. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and professional. The quality of the work was good, and my dry cleaning/laundry order was ready on the same day I dropped it off. I would use them again.

I am satisfied with the service but VERY sad you closed the Madison Avenue/Albany branch. I live in Albany and it was very convenient. I had to go all the way out to Glenville this time.

I needed a pair of pants pressed last minute and the seamstress Bea had them done in ten minutes. I also got a $10'coupon for my next purchase. Great service. Highly recommended.
