Not as good as other best fitness locations. Very limited leg machines, plenty of freeweights and cardio equipment though.

This gym is amazing. The staff is always welcoming and very friendly. The gym is always clean and has lost of wonderful equipment. There is a great range of workout classes and opportunities to further your fitness journey. I recommend this gym without a doubt, best gym that I have been in.

Great gym! Spacious and never crowded in the mornings. Equipment is new and clean- plenty of space for any kind of workout.

I showed up here literally lost in my fitness journey. I was instantly greeted by a welcoming face and instantly felt I was in the right place at the right time. I was assessed and given a hour workout with Mason (who by the way is AMAZING)

Great gym, clean, well organized, friendly staff and members. Rob at the front desk is great.

Good gym with a lot of space and equipment. Lots of cardio equipment and 8 barbell racks. Busy hours are as expected - after work 4.30 to 6 pm.
They have wipes and disinfectant all around the gym.
But the water dispenser is bad. No filter and not regularly cleaned. Bring a bottle to avoid the fountain.

This is a nice gym with friendly staff. They also allow you to try the gym out with a free “no obligation” session, which I appreciate.

What I don’t appreciate is how utterly relentless they are about reaching out after the session. I get it, I’m in sales - but I’m talking about tactics that are excessive.

I received a text message, I unsubscribed from the text messages and blocked the number. Two weeks later - same text message from a different number. Really? What’s the point of letting users unsubscribe if you are going to spam them from another number after the fact.

I probably received about three or four phone calls, the same number of text messages and some emails.

If a prospective customer does not want to join your gym after one free work out please do not harass them indefinitely. A call or text is reasonable, several of each is not.

This experience is not unique to me, a friend of mine also went for a free session and expressed frustration at how much this gym stalks prospects.

The staff and coaches are friendly but the classes are repetitive and boring. They have the potential but they don’t innovate the classes.

Good gym. They have enough equipment for most of the exercises you'd need, be it cardio or strength training. My only complaints are not enough benches for barbell bench press, and there is a cable machine that has had one side out of order for over a month.

Read contracts extremely carefully and don’t go based off what your representative tells you. Whether the representatives are just extremely negligent or if it’s purposely a ploy to squeeze money out of you they often present terms of contracts very vaguely to get you to agree to something you otherwise might not. Also, no one will be of any assist to you once you realize the terms of the contract. So good luck canceling because they will take as much money as they can get before allowing you to leave: (

Great gym in the 518. Has everything you need equipment wise and isn’t typically packed. Customer service is great at the front desk - nice staff and solid communication.

Super good vibes and an amazing facility. Staff is really nice and the gym is really clean. Id recommend this gym to anyone

To everyone that has been scammed by Best Fitness at, if they refuse to honor your canceled membership, contact your bank ASAP for unauthorized charges, cancel the card that is on file and your bank will reverse the charges. File a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office as well.

It’s good plenty of equipment plenty of space. Hours suck though. Open too late and close too early. More geared towards college kids

Not a horrible place.the one on Central ave is much better. I'm judging solely on equipment and atmosphere.

This location is great because it’s so central in the capital region! I always feel safe and welcome here. Staff is ready to help with anything you need.

This gym is a scam I was told I can cancel if I moved outa the area. Went in to cancel and called multiple times got denied now they say I owe money. Horribly run business.
