Best Friends Pet Grooming, Scarsdale NY

Was thinking about bringing my Pom for grooming services but he is a nervous dog and noticed in the comments that the owner has specifically said that they don’t have time for dogs with issues. The responses I read in the comments shocked me as I’ve never seen such a poor customer service! Without customers, you are nothing!

They do a wonderful job of groomig my dog.she hates her paws touched, but despite that after grooming she looks like she had a pedicure, neatly cut all that hair that grows on her paws.she looks beautiful when I pick her up. Katie is wonderful with her despite the fact that she is a nervous baby.

Incredibly kind and skilled staff. I have enjoyed taking my 3 dogs there over the course of the past 15 years and their personalized service- from skunking episodes to one in his late elder years -was always above and beyond. But yes, they are busy. Plan ahead!

Best friends is great. I find them to be on time, gentle and nice. My 50 pound Labradoodle, Mo, has been a customer of Best Friends for almost two years. She's seven years old and isn't a fan of grooming, but that's not a big deal with Best Friends. I recommend them very highly.
