Got my hair cut and color with Vivian and Jay! Best! The service is very good and they're all very friendly people. I live in Seattle and I come here to get my hair done, that should prove to be how good this place is.

I got my hair done last week with SSOONIE & YUMI. They are incredible. I died my hair to black a few times so I thought it was impossible to get silverish GRAY in BALAYAGE style. I really wanted to go gray. Ssoonie and Yumi made it happen without damaging my hair. They care about your hair in every detail and check up on the health of your hair every 5 minutes so that it's not damaged.

Five stars for an attitude that aims to please and the skills to match. I reached out to Jeffrey because he is one of the rare practitioners who specializes in about 7 different techniques and will use what will produce the best outcome. Most practitioners I researched focus on one or two (maybe three).

I wasn't the easiest customer. I grilled him over the phone for 45 minutes with questions. He answered patiently. At our first meeting, it took me about an hour to get comfortable with the radical new shape (which I love, btw) that opens my eyes and adds symmetry to my face. We chose microblading. Healing was a b$#@. I was upset by the flaking and 65% color loss. I was embarrassed to leave the house. (Btw, I bought visors for showers.) Jeffrey calmly and pleasantly replied to all my texts and kept me from doing something stupid.

Prior to touch ups, we had an informative conversation by phone about color, skin type, trade offs of methods, etc. At the meeting, Jeffrey looked at my brows again, considered what we discussed, mixed colors and used a different procedure (flat tip, it's like five blades in one that are digitally guided) that felt would make me happy and achieve best results. He invited me to come back so he can look at them again. So I should be happy.

He often speaks in technical terms (color theory, light refraction, equipment, etc). If you need him to explain differently, just ask. He really wants to make you happy.

He’s flexible and highly values collaboration. Be open to client education by an experienced professional. He is also open to my ideas, my concerns, and what I want. I did not just accept what he suggested because he suggested it. I have to live with my face. I did have to learn to be patient and trust the process. Glad I did, because now that I'm healed, I am happy.

I went from thin flat brows to thick high-arch ones. Jeffrey is changing the world one eyebrow at a time.and he knows a lot about culture too. A cool person to know:)

Haven't had eye brows since I was a kid can't even tell the difference now definitely won't be disappointed with this high class treatment highly recommend
