Rosann was very helpful! I was looking for a variety of things for girls night. Iove the choices, Long Island iced teas, pina colada, mudslides in a can and also picked up a couple of different sangria wines cut up some fruit and throw in a little ice, great for a hot day or summer evening.

Wow Covid 19 prices hit that nice store. Plus the best valve sign is gone the first owners most of sold out. 2 guys in there running the show now. They are there to sale out the stock in the back. Time to go back to Southgate liquors

By far my favorite wine store to go to! Always super clean and stocked with the best wine/liquor. Rich is also the best and super friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area:)

Always friendly staff and accommodating- will say most expensive around for my drink of choice within the 10 mile radius so try to go to others when needed but it is def convenient especially if I need something at Wegmans

I'm new to the area and have been searching all over town for my favorite wine, not only was I able to finally find my favorite wine at Best Value Wine & Liquor, the customer service I received from Kelly (I believe she was the owner) was nothing short of outstanding. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, so it's now my go-to store due to the fantastic customer service and great selection! Also read other comments and wanted to add that i had no issues with safety, as all the patrons and clerk had masks on during my visit.

I love the new location and I was so impressed. So clean and inviting. I was looking for mango vodka which I couldn't find at other liquor stores and when I went to Best Value, I was so happy. The service was amazing and they took me straight to the vodka section and found what I was looking for. This will be my new liquor store. I got to make my mango mimosas

Very impressed with their new location! Staff was awesome, helped me find the perfect wine for a hostess gift! Store was clean and well organized and COVID protocols were evident! My new go to liquor store for sure!

The staff makes this place! Always friendly and helpful. Great selection and if they don't have specifically what you're looking for they will do what they can to accommodate you! I love the new location, right next to Wegmans, and this store is immaculate!

I love being able to visit this store with the safety precautions in place. I feel safe and taken care of. Masks are offered for all patrons entering to ensure safety.

I shopped here afternoon of 06/06.

Do not go into this store during the pandemic if you want to stay safe! While I was shopping, there were two patrons in the store without masks. The clerk checking them out had a mask, but it was not being used. It was around his neck.

There was no plastic buffer of any kind around the cash register.

Come to find out, the clerk was a manager, (possibly owner?)

When it was my turn to check out, we engaged in simple, cordial conversation. I asked him a question, "Are we done with masks? " The clerk actually leaned toward me, without a mask, as I stepped back, with my mask on. We were 4 feet apart at best. He proceeded to provide me with his opinion that masks were actually unhealthy for an individual to wear, and proudly boasted that he was done wearing his mask in public surroundings these days. He compared the Covid 19 situation to that of AIDS, the flu, and cancer.

Pandemic or not, I will never go back to this establishment.

I am also going to report them. I don't know if they are in violation of current health code, but if they are, I hope the appropriate agencies shut them down. As of 6/06, we are getting closer to normal, but we are not there yet, and this store's blatant disregard is troubling.

There are plenty of other options for your spirits. Choose someplace else.

P. S. Their prices were high in comparison to other stores in the area.

Over priced. Charged me 3 $ more than other liquor stores. Was too busy on a personal call to give full attention when asking questions

Beautiful and well organized new location. This is my go to store for all my wine and liquor needs. So convenient having it right next to Wegmans. Makes running errands a breeze!

Best Wine and Liquor that just moved to beside Petco in front of Wegmans, do not have customer service.
I walked in to no greetings. A woman who was working and fixing wine, didn’t offer to help. Wine prices are very much over priced compared to other local stores. Asked if I could use their bathroom and I was told “it’s not for public use”.
Well, then my money is not for your local use I will see the other local stores!
