Best Western Plus East Syracuse Inn

It is what you’d expect from a Best Western/cheap hotel. The rooms were clean, a bit small for the 2 queen bed rooms. Beds were clean and comfy, no issues there.

Bathroom appeared clean, empty toilet paper roll on the holder which made me question a little if it had been cleaned or just forgotten.

Toilet occasionally would run during the night at random. Breakfast was eh, not much option and a lot wasn’t really stocked.

Staff should be closing the doors on supply rooms as it makes the hotel look very messy.

Overall, a solid stay if you’re just looking for a clean, mostly comfortable place to lay your head.

It was very run down, cracks and walls crumbling. Bathtub was cracked, while the room was clean, We had no wash cloths or hand towels. There was also a very minimal continental breakfast with no hot items s as promised the night before. If only looking for a room to sleep, it was that. If looking for more amenities I’d go down the road.

Wanted to come shopping in Syracuse for our 30th Anniversary. The staff are not enthusiastic about their jobs. They only offer bottled water to members with a higher standing.
We asked for 2 extra pillows as we have back issues and have never had a problem getting them in other chains.but we were told sorry, but we are out. Sounds like sorry, but im too lazy to go get you some.
The beds are firm and way too high.
The toilets are way too low.
There was a small garbage can outside our door on one side and a vaccum that wasn't put away on the other side.

No care was given to make sure the hallway was clutterfree.
Not likely a place I will stay again.

Some rooms not ready upon arrival. Bathroom not clean, not enough towels.
Only one room card for 4 people.
Breakfast didn't work at all

Room was decent, bring your own pillows theirs are uncomfortable but breakfast was good & they have a 24hr tea, cocoa, & coffee maker. It’s excellent. Service was outstanding, I accidentally left my Apple Watch & live 6 hrs away.thankfully they found it, communicated so well via text, & mailed it, I just had to pay shipping ($9). Very appreciative!

Luckily only overnight. Chaos at check-in. Some had to wait several hours before their rooms were ready! There were no towels and toilet paper, which we only got after asking several times. Sometimes the rooms were very dirty.

Horrible filthy hotel, surely kept to the same standards as the owners hotels in India

always a good sign when three police cars are parked at the entry when you arrive ;-)

no hot breakfast because they did not order on time or some such nonsense

I have stayed in BW hotels all over the world and this was probably the worst
