I had a wonderful experience going up and returning home safely. Btw If your going into NYC they will ask for your vaccination card.

Great experience! And right on time, on my return bus we even got back to DC 30 min earlier since I took the 10am bus and there was no traffic. The buses were clean and I appreciated the good internet to be able to work from the bus and the water bottle they give you.

This bus is great, really comfortable and gets to your destination fast! When I missed my bus, I was in the lot and just happened to have a Bestbus next to me going to NYC. They were not only able to let me buy a ticket on my spot but the driver was so nice! I really wish I could remember his name, he was really accommodating, funny on the mic, and assured me that my experience would be better than the Megabus I missed. He could not have been more correct!

Dammm first time on Bus in America, Super, Super I departed D. C.to NY. Got there early so go a chance to acclimate myself with the place, easy breezy. The two gentleman that I spoke to, WOW, DAMMM, WOW, AWESOME, super polite, they changed driver's and placed Christina Mendoza, wholly Molly, she drove that big bus solo smoothie amazing and great experience.

Customer service is horrible, they rarely answer the phone. I have a friend who purchased tickets who live in Europe, the tickets were purchased for the holidays. They then test positive for covid less than 24 hrs of purchase, they also can’t fly because of this. The bus company wants to issue credit. My friend was only coming here to use the tickets for the holidays. Credit does not solve anything and the bus company does not care although there is medical proof. I would not recommend this bus company AT ALL.

Is a great way to travel to/ from NYC. Usually about 4.5 hours. Convenient pick up and stop off locations. Highly recommend it!

So I’m currently sitting in the bus while writing this. My chair does not move back at all, my charging port also does not work at all and the wifi does not work at all. There is also several people wearing no mask at all & coughing a lot. It would be really helpful to the people who PAID for their tickets if staff could check and make sure that all the “amenities” are working properly. I would definitely only use this bus as an absolute last option. But I won’t use this bus again period, not fair to pay full price and things that are advertised aren’t working.

Only posting this to get best bus's attention. I've ridden.this bus from nyc to dc and back again since 2018. The last 5-6 trips have taken an hour longer than usual EVERY time. I hate writing reviews like this but it's getting insane. Even on the prime bus it can be an hour and half longer than expected with weird routes to union and dupont. Sorry guys but its gotten bad

We love Best Bus. The stops are very convenient for us, the busses are always clean and the price is right. I'll never drive to NYC again. Last time I did it was $140 in tolls round trip, and we didn't even go into Manhattan.
