Nicole has done a wonderful job with my grandson. So much patience love and understanding. She has an awful lot of insight into a child's true feelings and greatly sympathizes having a child being able to speak to someone who is totally neutral without influx from Mom or Dad is so important. I went in to do paperwork which went fine.first appointment had to get cancelled for very valid reasons concerning another patient of theirs so that wasn’t a problem and they were very apologetic.went in the next week for my first appointment.she couldn’t see me again for a MONTH.i figured maybe that was normal so i waited it out.next appointment was may 24.now they can’t see me until july.don’t accept new patients if you can’t fit them on a realistic schedule.we’re coming to you for weekly/biweekly help (usually). Not monthly/bimonthly.

They force drug testing. I mean, when it wasn't court ordered? They said they would kick me out if I didn't do it. They used and took a avantage of my broken family. To make money They had council sessions with my parents without me there. Then they chatted manipulate to situation. And try to move to talk about things that. I wasn't even therefore, but yet. They punished me and forced me to pay a 170 to $200 a month. When I had no job because I had a police investigation on me. And they were saying that was my mental illness with paranoid delusions. Now the cops and the state that there was an investigation on me but yet. Still can't press charges. There's no lawyer will take the case. So civil suit here we go

The worst place ever. The receptionist literally laughed at me when I called because of an ongoing issue. She thought I was on hold. The counselor I saw was horrible and made me worse. She didnt focus at all on the issues I came in for. They also lied about having an ED specialist and when I asked to speak to them they said I didn't have an ED which goes against years and years of what I have been dealing with. Just because they didn't want to admit that they didn't have an ED specialist. I tried to get a new counselor and they couldn't find one for me. They never answer the phone and when they do they laugh in your face. Don't go here if you need actual help.

I know it's hard to find therapy for teens, but do NOT bring your child here. They have no room to even see your child, and when they do, they will cancel your appointment without your knowledge. Then when you request a new therapist after that happens, the "manager" will completely ghost you and your CHILD is left hanging. It's not worth it. Stay away.
